Erina sighed and closed her eyes, leaning her head against Rand.

"Just get me help already."

D'Artigo sighed. "Alright Kitty, you make a valid point. Let us be off." With Angel in his arms, he slowly began walking, being careful not to hit the wing again... intentionally. But, even though this path had been traveled twice by him, it wasn't an easy one.

Looking down at Erina, he says, "Are you losing your edge? You're suddenly warming up to me. All it takes if for you to get hurt eh? Well, just remember this." D'Artigo's voice changes from cheerful and mirth filled to cold as ice. "If you try to take this oppourunity to take my mask off, I will drop you. You aren't going to see my face."

Jessica groweled at him when he called her "kitty" She threatened "Drop her and I will attack you. I will be listening" She also snarled "Don't call me Kitty." Lycan biter may have charmed many women but he had no effect on Jessica. She made an effort to calm herself.

"Alright then... Kitten. But keep in mind, eye for eye. My mask is as important to me... maybe even more important to me... than women. And that is saying a lot. So don't get pushy over it."

Jessica just glared at him. When he disappered, She groweled "Kitten isn't any better." Her mood was sour. Lycan biter was getting on her nerves. He just hit the wrong numbers like her father and her brother...

She flinched when she thouht that. She thought about Julia before she started crying. When ever she thought of her brother she remembered Rebecca. She clench her fist. Her brother would pay someday.

(Just so you know, Jessica has a thing against her brother. He killed Rebecca when she had tried to protect both Jessica and Julia)

"You suck you know." Erina was scared of being dropped and had her arms tight around her neck, ehr eyes fixed on the ground as if staring at it could save her from being dropped.

"Just please don't drop me." Erina pulled closer to him, unaware of the odd angle her wing was at.

"The mask is the key. If you pull the key out, you open the door to... a short drop." Shrugging his shoulders to adjust his grip as she pulled closer, he found his hand close to her face. Stroking a finger along the side of her cheek, D'Artigo chuckled. "My, what smooth skin you have. Lovely."

Erina stared into his eyes and moved tried to move alittle, not comfortable with being held or touched at all.

"It comes with being a Fallen Angel: No scars, no blemishes, no freckles, no tans."

"Such a wonderful gift. Never tarnishes, never fades. We keep those wounds that we had when human. They never heal. But we don't take more wounds after rebirth."

"Stop squirming child. It makes it difficult to hold on."

"I'm not a child, I believe I've said that before."

Erina frowned and stopped moving, again clinging close to him.

"I may look young, but I'm truly VERY old."

"Well... child... I'm not exactly the same as what I appear either. We stop aging when we're reborn. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if I'm older than you. Old enough to call you child."

"Age doesn't matter much to me."

Erina was telling the truth: When you could live so long, it didn't matter.

"I'm simply proving a point that child is an appropriate title for you Angel."

"And I'm glad you stopped squirming. It'll hurt your wing even more... and it makes it harder to carry you. You're more likely to make your wing fall off than get away from me doing all that movement." D'Artigo strokes her face again, trying to calm her down. Or at least, that's what she could take it as. He just enjoyed the feel of her skin.

Erina started hyperventitlating.

"D-Don't do th-that!" Erina said. She never stuttered and Miv looked surprised.

"Shh. Quiet Angel. You're safe. We're on our way to get help for you. Be calm. It will only take a few more minutes. Your pain will be over."
