"Oh great, a rape victim." Miv murmered. She wasn't sure about leaving Erina. Especially in the current circumstances.

But it might help to see to this new Vampire.

Miv stood up and nodded.

After what seemed to take froever, Erina was tracking the group. The other Lycans had left, to her great delight, and of course so had her friends.

She was still in wolf form until she reached the edge of the town. Erina looked around and shrugged.

She continued on their trail, not caring who saw the white wolf walking through their town.

Erina finally saw the group, not too far ahead. She sat on her hanuches and watched them.

"She was actually perfectly willing. She was the one who asked me to engage. I don't do anything near what you have suggested." D'Artigo shrugged. "Now, shall we, Pale Rose?"

Miv just walked.

She had the eerie sensation of being watched, but then again, she was being paranoid. Just to make sure, Miv took a glance behind her.

The white wolf was instantly recognisible and she drew in a breathe. "D'Artigo, Erina followed us."

"If she's here, then it means she's not there, which means one of two things. Either the people are still safe, or the people are all dead. However, I doubt that Erina could've cleared out the pub in the time which she's been out of our sight. However... our new baby might not be so tame. She will be confused and hungry." Opening his cloak slightly, D'Artigo reveals a few flasks of blood. "These will help with the hunger, and seeing us with her will make her more comfortable."

"Really? So now she's your baby?" Erina was in human form, directly behind them.

"It actually isn't hard. But it's...different...to shift." Erina shivered. Feeling her bones stretch out into wolf shape...Erina shivered.

"If you need help, I can. I doubt she's gonna be sensible enough to take on a wolf."

Miv looked at her. Erina looked kinda the same, but something more wild about her.

She shook her head and looked foreward again.

"Don't get killed."

"Yes she's my baby now... oh, now what am I going to call you ex-Angel? I can't call you angel anymore... and you're not a kitten... maybe I shall call you Lyca? Yes. Lyca it shall be."

"As for not willing to take on a wolf, it's quite the opposite. We can tell who is Lycan, and who isn't. Since you are Lycan now, she will feel more inclined to attack you until she learns to cope. One of you could easily die if worst comes to worst. And we don't want that to happen."

"Lyca? Why exactly do I still have a name? I was thinking Spot or Luna or Daisy..."

Erina trailed off. "You shouldn't care anymore."

"I can handle myself, don't you worry. And you know we can't stay with her forever."

"Well, I need to call you something, don't I? What a silly question."

"And while I'm aware that you are fairly capable of defending yourself if you were fighting my baby, I must admit that I can be protective of my children. She will live. Don't worry. And I know she can't stay permanently. But she needs guidance. At least for the beginning."

"Your baby?" Erina's eyes narrowed. "What exactly are we?"

"And I never said I would kill her. Did I?"

"You are my acquaintances. Did you think I was referring to you as my baby?"

"I was saying that in desperate times, which you may find yourself in while around a newborn Vampire... you may take drastic measures. When you are close to death, you may exert self defense and kill the threat. It's only natural."

Erina looked hurt and lagged back.

"I'm not a monster..."

"We'll see. I know my transformation held some rather unexpected results. New forms are slightly difficult to cope with. Unless Lycans are different than we are. Besides the obvious of course."

Erina tilted her head.

"New forms, eh? You look human enough to me." She again took a place closer, but squezed herself between Miv and Rand.

"And don't give me crap how you totally change. Try having your spine stretched out a foot or two and then you can talk to me about it. All you guys get is some pointy teeth, a new apetite, and the ability to live forever."
