Cocking his head, D'Artigo hears the howl. Hmm... perhaps it could be her. He takes off in her direction, feeling the wind on his face. It felt... strange. But in a good way. He was simply worried as to how others would react.

Ciridia cocked her head. Howling? In human form? That was odd...

She shrugged and looked at Jessica. "Shoo." Jessica walked off and she smirked. Ciridia didn't feel like having Jessica around when she was talking to 'Lycan Biter'. She was so snippy around him.

"You will learn to hide yourself. Be careful when you feed from humans: Too many deaths in one place looks suspsicious." Miv smiled a bit.

"And we don't want vampire hunters around."

A rustling there... that had to be her. D'Artigo emerged into the small clearing, and saw Erina there. "There you are Lyca. Why did you run? Was there danger there?"

Clarissa looked mortified. "Kill them? Do you always have to kill them? What if you can just suck some? Leave enough there? I hardly remember what happened that night... after the passionate experience I had with that man... he was beautiful... and well practiced it seemed."

"And you mean there are people who hunt you? Just because of who you... we, I guess now... are?"

"I don't like how new vampires are. She smelled...wrong. Different from you an Miv." Ciridia wrinkled her nose. "She isn't gonna join the group, is she?"

"I don't kill my human prey. But I have to take from several sources then." Miv sighed.

"Vampire hunters don't think of us as people. We are enemies, killers. Therefore we are evil and must be destroyed."

Smell's different? Could Lycans really tell that? "Lyca, she's new. She probably has the human smell on her still. And with the mix, it might seem a bit strange to you. That's all."

"And no, she is not going to be accompanying us further... I just wanted to make sure that she was able to cope with what had happened. Miv is currently talking to her... though I think I will go and say goodbye to her when it's time."

"But... now when I piece it together, Rand had a bunch of blood in his cloak. Right? He told me it was wine, but now that I know what he is... it's blood isn't it? Couldn't I do that? Pick up the blood of those that are injured, or almost dead anyways?"

"The vampire hunters... see us as killing? Why don't we just kill them first then?"

Ciridia smiled halfway. "Okay." She frowned again, eyes getting cloudy.

"I'm not the same person. Where did the real me go?" It sounded liek she was asking herself, not Rand.

"You're still you. I'm still me from when I was who I was before I became a vampire. Just act a little differently. Actually... that's not even true. Though that is because of personal choice, not by physical changes. You're still Erina, Lyca."

"I'm Ciridia. Don't call me Erina anymore: She was a Fallen Angel." Ciridia smiled alittle.

"Funny. I'd still rather be a vampire. By the way, I like your mask better like that."

"No, you're Erina. Ciridia is a name you gave yourself. Not who you are."

"And trust me, Vampire doesn't usually open the options to meet people before you want their blood." Rubbing his face where the mask is broken, feeling the tenderness of his scar, D'Artigo growls softly in his throat. "Eh, I don't. I don't like showing me to the world. most people who see me end up dying."

"We are not monsters. We drink blood. We do not try to kill, even vampire hunters."

"Your theory is one that I've considered. I suppose it would be a good option."

"But it's them or us isn't it? I don't want to die... again I guess." She shakes her head, her hair flying all over the place. "Was it... I don't know... weird, for you when you first became a vampire? Just, to cope with everything?"

"Lycans have set backs too." Ciridia smiled softly and held a hand up.

"I'd grab your wrist, but I'm scared you'd attack me again. And I don't care much about dying."

"Yeah, I suppose."

"And good, you're learning Lyca. Touching an unwilling vampire can have some dastardly results... usually not for the vampire."
