"If that is what you want... then I would say, have your wish." With that, D'Artigo picks Ciridia up and brings her over to an open patch of grass, and gently lays her down...

And when it was over, D'Artigo lay down next to her. "So? Was it everything you thought it was?"

"Yes." Ciridia had her eyes closed.

'Strange...I feel calm. That's odd...'

"That's just in comparison to the adrenaline that you feel. I know how it feels, believe me. I've been in this situation probably more times that you've seen the sunset."

"I feel..peacful."

After she spoke, Ciridia's eyes widened. Her wings...She looked back and saw them unfurling.

D'Artigo looked up, but was too tired to do anything else. He chuckled though, saying "Heh, you see? You'll always be Angel."

"Miv was right about the regetting my wings."

She smiled and wrapped them around her.

"So I guess there's no need for me to call you Lyca anymore, is there? You're Angel again. By the blood, make up your mind."

Ciridia laughed.

"I'm a confusing person. But I can't change."

"Actually, you've shown me you can change... twice actually. That doesn't bode well for saying you can't change."

"I can't change my attitude."

She opened one of her eyes.

"So I'll always be Ms. Anghst."

"And I wouldn't change it." D'Artigo smiles. She seemed so full of life now. Wings must have that effect.

Ciridia smiled back and closed her eye again.

"We should head back. The others may begin to worry about us." D'Artigo stood, and prepared to head back to the path where they had left the other two. He hoped they were alright...

Jessica did her best to block out the rest of thier conversation but the once in an while giggle got through. She caught the scent again. However just like last time it was gone before she could remeber what it belong to.
