As far as Casino is concerned, and this should surprise no one, its get Jace to Starlight, then start hunting for Vegas. No time to be sitting around eating croissants and drinking tea. Only question did Charlie offer breakfast out loud? I need to know for my next post.

Luther will need to find out the answers to these questions first before contacting Starlight and getting the coords for the rally point. Everytime that I re-read the events, something is not adding up. Luther "feels" that something is missing. Why is the kid acting this way to this woman? Is the kid under some infuance?. The payment is alot... I mean its great... thats what worries me when something is good, its usuallly too good to be true. 

Anyone else in the group have thier "spidey sence" going off like mine?.  This was / is like a "milk" run and that isn't the norm per se. 

with Luther's spidey sence tingling... I now don't think that would be safe for Luther nor the team. Got a natural "10" so hopefully it's enought to get some answers in spanish and if those answer quell his thoughts then send an email to starlight for the coords. As for right now... better just get comfortable being uncomfortible in the airraft.

Is that Casino won't waste that kind of time on getting the kid back to Starlight. If Charlie won't call her, he will, as I assume he too has her number. If for some reason I don't have it and Charlie refuses to call then things could get messy.

You have to understand Espatier at this point in the game Casino does not give a s*** of what's right or wrong. All he cares about is turning the boy over and finding Vegas and dealing with the people who have him. He does not even care if Starlight pays him as he might not be alive to spend it. He has tunnel vision on rescueing Vegas and he will be damned if anything is going to get in his way now that they have Jace.

I get that each player is free to play their character as they want but when a player had their character quit being a team playe and makes them focused only on what they want it makes it tough on other players.  Casino may want to find Vegas but other characters may have other ideas.  The players need to keep in mind it is a group game.  

Fixer's spidey sense is going off.  On the ride he absolutely wants to hear from this kid and woman.  Something is weird. 

However, he is also really clear about Casino's position.   The big guy stuck with the group this far because he understood the needs of the group and that the plan was to then go after Vegas.  Whatever else happens - Vegas needs to be next. I don't see any other way around that.  Fixer isn't going to get himself killed going into a hopeless situation with Casino, but he will help in any way he can that seems even reasonably likely of success.  Vegas is the next issue.  I really don't see a way around this.  This is how the game has played out to this point.  

As for the kid - I think it is very normal that we would be digging for info at this point.  Why the hell is he so valuable?  I can post to that effect.  But whatever info we find - I don't think we can act on it until after dealing with Vegas' situation.  At best, the group splits in two with one group delivering the kid and the other going after Vegas or we just stash the kid for a bit. 

Bromern - would it be normal for a second team to have been sent out so quickly?  All they did was follow our trail.  Should this seem odd or normal to us?

Just like in DnD Luther ( Mr. Charlie ) feels that something is amiss, yeah I get it and as a solo type character I do understand that he doesn't think much and reacts with bravado. The group SHOULD be sharing information about what we see, hear and know. The team is the only important thing. I personally think that the character Vegas was remove because the team either missed something or we as a team didn't do something. Like in most games everyone will pay for one teammate's misteaks. 

But you see things aren't adding up and I will continue to bring it up. 

The characters should be asking "Why"... why is this kid so important?, Who wants him and why?, Why are we getting a decent amount of credits for something that another group could do then, are we expendable?! ( hence Mr. vegas was taken out).

I've played CP2020 for years and I still say something is amiss. 

I don’t want to be the one to miss a clue and get everyone killed. I would rather slow things down and explore some options, just sayin....

I usually don’t read other post but feel we have not share and missed clues that others might be able to figure out. Don’t get me wrong.. Luther is all for helping to assist and get Vegas back but.... What to do about this kid first. Maybe we are not asking the right question with the right people, maybe we might need to back track a few things.....just sayin.

Splitting the party in most games isn’t a good idea but if everyone wants to them I’ll go with the party wishes and split the group. 

The character blossom is the key to searching things out on the net.

Nomad is right in the end from what I have back read we all, except Charlie and Blossom?, agreed once Jace was delivered to Starlight we would help him find Vegas. That's the only reason Tann stayed with the group right? Or did I miss something and I'm wrong?

Charile is more than will to negotiate Vegas's release but Charile wants to ask questions before the handover, this job was way too easy.... Charile feels that something is missed or wrong about this kid Jace. 

Once the kid Jace is dropped off charile will help negotate the release for Vegas if he is still alive. 

For charile.... blossom is the one that has net running skills and that is the best way to find information about things, this should help charile ( or the team ) to figure out about what is wrong. 

Once again... Charile might be wrong... maybe I've been playing CP2020 too long. . Maybe I'm chasing ghosts and red herrings. I just want to ask a few questions before dropping off the kid and then go after Vegas.

If the group wants to split the team i'm not okay with that but wilcomply with the team's wish. I don't think that is a great idea AT ALL. We would be spliting firepower, rescouces, etc.

Honestly? Vegas was removed because I was NPCing too many of the team. We lost Vegas' player and it was either get rid of Vegas or get rid of Blossom. I only ever try to NPC one party member in any game. I'm NPCing two at this moment. If this group of players wishes to continue playing these characters, I do plan on the next run being a "Rescue Vegas" run. 

As far as the second team hot on your trail this soon after you were informed there was a second team is concerned, it would take some really good luck or skills but it isn't impossible. If Blossom were asked if she could track the team down, she'd answer in the affirmative provided she had access to certain bits of information about the team members, but she'd also add that it is more likely the second team tracked Jase down and coincidently set up to let you folks do the dirty work.

This bit of information might help with the character play and keeping the group on track. All of the Edgers would know this as they all have likely done drops before. Rarely, if at all, is the drop made even within a few hours of obtaining the package. There are too many variables that have to be eliminated or checked for someone who has hired a group of edgerunners to rush into any situation. Saint Nick will want to make sure there are no media leaks, the law isn't tracking, there aren't any rival parties involved, etc. and then secure the drop location. They'll also not want to deliver the drop location until there is very little time for the edgerunners to set up any kind of ambush or retaliation (should they so desire) at the drop location. The short of it is that the team likely has hours before they even obtain the drop location.
