Miv had heard Erina and stopped, allowing her to catch up.

Miv walked closley to her until she decided being with Erina was straining.

"I need time alone." She said. Erina nodded and walked back.

Erina arrived back in the clearing and sat in her old spot. She smirked.

"Are you gonna say anything else?" She asked.

"Yeah. You look pretty when you seem angry."

"Then I'm going to be gorgeus all the time." She smirked again.

"I'm not a very happy person."

"Then don't be happy. It serves me all the better."

"On the inside, you know you like me. You're probably just not admitting it to try to not hurt Pale Rose any more than you already have. I'm not too exclusive."

"I don't know what hit you in the head, but I keep my distance because I'm NOT interested."

Erina laid down and put her hands behind her head. "Just keep your distance."

"I forgot, you're too interested in her holiness the angel there to be interested in men. I'm sorry, I forgot."

"I'm straight, moron." Erina said and glared at him.

"Would you like me to prove it?"

"It's alright. You can show me if you want to. But if you don't, I'm not going to believe you too much."

"But seriously, if it's not love with the angel, what is it?"

"I fell in love with one of the knights of the castle. He tried to take advantage of me and I ended up with 3 breaks in my arm and a furious adopted father."

Erina didn't feel very comfortable. "He was a Vampire. I just never liked them after that."

"Those fools haven't learned the art yet. We're taught to love, not how. Those with the gift make it all the way. Those who don't... end up burnt. They didn't have the gift, because they tried to take advantage of you. If they had it, they'd make you walk right into their arms."

Erina glared at him.

"Angel darling, you started this conversation. And personal matters are best explained, so that others... I... or Lamiel for that matter... can help you with."

"Talk about it. Only then will you seek relief."

"I don't want you in my head. I don't trust that easily."

Erina turned her head and stared sideways across the ground.

"I'm not trying to get in your head Angel. I'm trying to get what's in your head out. It's different."
