Morrowind was much longer, didn't level the game with you as much, short blade and long blade were seperate skills, you got fatigued as you ran, and the more you got fatigued, the more likely it was your spells would fail.

Was better, IMO.

But a Final Fantasy game sounds really cool to me. I have always been a fan of that series, and the chance to create more stories sounds fantastic to me.

I'd be interested in a final fantasy game with you. If you can find the rules again, let me know.

Also, if I can find the site again, I saw someone was turning the elder scrolls world into d20 rules. I'll try to find those again.

Okay, so as some of you may know, I have a very unhealthy obsession with zombies. So, I'm bringing them back with a vengeance. This is how I would like the game to start.

On the five o clock live news, everyone is watching the same story. As the reporter drags on and on, people tune in to hear what she is saying. Today, everything changes, though.

"As you see, a head researcher for Lyfe Kinetics is standing behind the gate, yelling things at everyone who passes by. He seems to apologizing for something." As the camera pans to the researcher, you see a haggard, worry lined face, sweating with nervousness. "I'm sorry. My part in the events to come is pivotal." His hand moves out of his jacket pocket, and you hear someone yell "GUN!" In an instant, the researcher puts the weapon in his mouth, and pulls the trigger on live television.

Whoever decides to play, I want the first post you make to be a response to the broadcast. No character sheet is necessary, as I want to leave it open to development. post here to show interest, and when I have enough, say maybe three other people, I'll open a thread.

Ps, I don't plan on keeping the limit to three. If people wwanna join in, there's always more safety in numbers with zombies.

I'm more than willing.

I actually demand others to do so, as well!

Efferi nodded.

"The forest does seem the obvious choice. Hunter could fly high and I could try to sneak to do a little bit of scouting in this first area."

The halfling shrugged.

"Has anyone ever seen tracks like these? I haven't a clue. But as for direction, I vote we head into the woods and get the confusing part out of the way."

Efferi followed Dara and Hunter out. "No, I don't have a horse. My load was light enough that I could carry myself without a problem. And I didn't imagine we'd have to do much traveling when I was called."

Efferi looked at Drizzt with a glance. "Whether you trust him or not, you don't have much of a choice. Even theives value honor. And, to be frank, I'm not concerned about getting the lady's name perfect. I'm sure she gets it all the time. After all, leave Elven to the Elves, correct?"

Efferi nodded to the Elf.

"Elendrara? If I keep messing up, let's just Elven words don't flow quite right to me. And while I understand what you say, ignorance isn't something I'm...well, we'll just say fond of."

Efferi bowed low before the king.

"May I ask sir, why you appointed someone who's art is the exact same that lost you those statuettes?

Efferi nodded to the elf woman who had spoken. "Your name is Elandra, is it not? I understand what you say. But precaution and planning often win the battle. You can be the strongest brute alive, but a well planned out sword thrust will still kill you. We don't have a choice, but I di want to know as much as I can about the circumstances."

He was standing beside hunter, making him look even shorter. His tenor voice had attracted the attention, and he was trying not to make a fool out of himself by being too cautious.

"Let's just say, in my line of work, one job requires days of planning, watching, and still has a measure of risk involved."

Me and my friends tried one. I don't know if this would qualify as cool, but we woke up on a battlefield. While the battle was going on around us. We were all level 1 characters. And each army had Dragons patrolling and one army had lots of displacer beasts. I'd say the whole campaing lasted about...4 rounds.

The reporter sighed and put his pen down, his glasses following shortly. His assignment had been to interview Seth Dancer about the Moscow incident, but it was clear to him he wouldn't get far. Dancer couldn't remember much. It seemed after Tyson was killed, Dancer blacked out, and didn't wake up until they "borrowed" a plain to take them out of the country. After landing in Rammstein, they boarded a flight heading to Washington DC.

Mi-Kyeong ended up flying back to Seoul, and that's all Dancer knew. Colton returned home to his daughter and retired from the Mercenary life. Jackson didn't make it. He died in Erkovitch's personal laboratory. Dancer barely made it out, having ushered Colton and Mi-kyeong out, also reluctant to leave his closest friend's side as he lay dying.

The journalist looked over the last part of his notes.

"It is clear to me that Seth Dancer, former US Army Combat Medic, is now insane. He insists on having a gun within reach at all times. He smells like nothing but alcohlol and cigarette smoke, and he lacks motivation of any kind. His eyes, though. Though they were once vibrant, they are now devoid of any emotion, and it's clear that they relive the horrors that were displayed in front of them every day."

After nodding to Dancer and shaking his hand, he left the small apartment, feeling glad just to be alive. He didn't feel any pity for the group that went through Hell in Russia. Why should he? They made the choice. He also didn't notice Dancer watching him through his window. It had been 7 years since that incident. Why would a reporter with a clearly Russian accent ask him about it now?

Efferi stared at the king. His eyes showed curiousity, as theivery was something he understood well.

"Milord, a few questions here, also. Do you have any leads as to a certain group of people or organization that could be guilty? Also, I know how some theives think. Would you say there's a large chance that all the statuettes aren't in the same place?"

He stood with his arms crossed, his small body looking diminutive among his companions.

At certain times I don't mind the narrator, but this comic was just too full of it to me. Still good, but I believe the comic should have more to do wit hthe characters than the narrator. He shouldn't have more lines, IMO.

Kudos to the artist.

The halfling laughed at Hunter's words as he dusted himself off. "Give him time. He'll come around."

Efferi shrugged as he put his crossbow back up.

"let's continue, shall we?"

Efferi laughed from the ground.

"You kill me and you'll be struck dead from the shadows. And just remember this. You're used to the subterrean. The sun up here just might blind you if you aren't careful."

Efferi wasn't worried. On his way down, his hand crossbow found its palm, and he had a bolt ready to hit the drow's neck should he come any closer.

"You don't know the underside of the surface. This isn't your element."

Efferi laughed softly to himself. "Ah, you know much, but yet you're ignorant. In this, I am serious. I'd curb the attitude if you want to stay alive in the city. This place is full of cut throats who wouldn't think twice about using any dirty trick they could to kill you. So unless you can take on whole oranizations with those scimitars, watch your back and your words. Just some friendly advice." Efferi fell back to the raptoran.

"Give the drow some leniency. He's disoriented. Or plain crazy. Hahahahahaa."

The half drow had introduced himself, yet he left almost immediately after. Efferi nodded a farewell to Hunter and Elandra before taking off after the dark elf, trying to stay out of sight and hearing. With all the learning he'd received from his father, Drow were always regarded as dangerous. It was for this reason that the halfling tailed the half breed discreetly. As they entered the castle, Efferi decided to make himself known.

"You abandoned Lloth, didn't you?"

I can RP with anyone at all. I don't think a halfling would be too picky, especially when he loves to learn the habits of others.

are we going to be provided with a map of the area we're traveling? And will our characters have one also? Also, if the character's aren't supplied one, any way that one of us could find one conveniently slip off a store shelf and into his pack? Or any other way we could get one.
