Subject: Oh crap
Exhausted, Seth barged into the room that Max and Rose shared, and was immediately slapped down. "F**K!" was yelled as Seth hit the ground, sending Rose sprawling across the floor. Seth stood back up and glared at the biggest Lycan ever. "You leave the girls alone. One might die anyways, so there's no need for you to touch her. Now let Max here go!" Seth pulled out his pistol, but it was snatched from his hands. The wolf pinned him against the wall by his throat, picking him up. Seth was futiley kicked, hoping someone would come and get this beast off of him.

"Rose, I'm gonna get you to safety. Come on, we have to go back. Max might not have left yet."
Seth lifted Rose up on his shoulders after shooting down two more Lycans. He started running with her, the pain in his knee getting to extreme levels. But the USMC taught him better than to leave a comrade. His motto was Semper Fi, do or die. Noone gets left behind. Why hasn't max come yet? that thought ran through his head the whole run.

Seth had an idea what was going on with Rose. If vampire blood could kill a Lycan, then vice versa should work the same way. Seth threw down the shotgun, and picked up his MP7.
"Go to Hell."
With those three words, Seth started spraying, killing three Lycans, but wounding all. He ran over, threw the body of Domminic off of Rose, and turned and let loose another spray.
The Lycan body count was up to four.
"Travis, help me!" Seth yelled that as loud as he could. After putting a few well placed rounds in the body of the Lycan holding him, Seth picked the shotgun back up and tossed it to Travis.
"Well fight our way back to your son, but for now we have to save Rose! She did this for your a**!"

The spider kept talking.
"You see, the Iraqi army got most of it's funds from us, the Lycans. Your batallion was very efficient at taking out our henchmen. I hunted you down myself, yet the one Ir eally wanted to die is one of the few survivors. I won't make that mistake again." He lunged.
Luckily, Seth got a really good idea. As the spider jumped on him, he pulled a grenade pin and shoved his arm down the beast's throat. He jerked it back, slammed the spiders mouth shut, and scrambled away.
A blast flung spder gore all over Seth.
He wanted to party now, but he remembered the other Lycans. He popped off two rounds of his pistol into ones head, bringing it down.
Today is going to be a busy day, he thought.

Seth laughed at the Lycans. "I'm just a wounded old soldier!" He tapped his leg with the shotgun cane. but as the first Lycan charged, he pulled up the cane and pulled the trigger.
He had loaded the cane.
Lycan blood spilled onto the ground as the first went down. Just as he raised the 1911 to blow out another's brains, he saw a sight that struck him hard.
A lycan had been imported from the middle east. A very large Camel Spider was skittering across the ground. It paused, and bent it's front four legs.
"Good day, Lt. Crawford. I'm glad to see you again."

Bexmir watched the grass turn, whither, and he watched his friend sink into the earth.
This couldn't be happening!
He sprinted hard, determined to make those evil wolves pay for this. He had one bolt loaded in his crossbow, and he screamed as he got nearer.

Seth buried his head in his hands. He had hoped Rose wouldn't jump up like this. Oh well, no time to worry now. He stood up and eyed the tiger with a glare. "That vampiress is a rather tempting offer. I'd go for it." He knew he was baiting them, as his gun would stop them from getting anywhere near. Travis was being a damned fool. But, he understood family. Watching his face at the mention of his late wife made Seth want to shoot every Lycan standing there. He had 12 bullets in this clip...he could take out some of them before reloading. He felt disappointed at Travis, yet he had a grudging respect. He was going to help Travis find his son, even if it meant leaving the rebels.

Seth heard Rose's scream. He hobbled out of his office and heard the jeep tear out. "Rose! What's going on?" He saw Rose crying, and could only guess who the driver of the jeep was. "S**t! Max! Get out here! You, Nurse! Go to my office and get the guns sitting on my desk!" The nurse returned with his M8, an MP7A1, and his trusty 1911. He strapped up, grabbed two grenades, and prepared to head out.
"I'm going to go find him. Anyone joining me?"

"They did what? Good lord. The cripple has to take care of the vampire and the other cripple."
He took his cane and walked out the door, hoping to see Travis standing over wherever Rose fell making his life easier. He didn't see either. They weren't in his room, they weren't in the hallway. Oh jesus he hoped they weren't outside.

The 1911 was now nice and shiny. Seth heard Rose shouting down the hall, but he didn't pay it any attention. He was too busy making a deal.
He was selling 14 AK-47 Kalishikovs to another Lycan defense group. He had music playing on his laptop, and he put in headphones in order to stop himself from eavesdropping on Rose and Travis. Ahh, the joys of living in confined quarters.

"Alright Ma'am, don't worry. I'll not go to lengths to ruin my own medical treatment as well!" Seth was usually good natured, even though he had moments of pure insanity. He retired back to his office, and inspected the 1911 that had served him so well the day before. He cleaned the gun thoroughly and set it aside, sitting back and closing his eyes for a moment.

"Hey, I've got perfectly good reason to be crazy!" Seth grinned, walking with a clank as the shotgun barrel hit the ground. "Hey Travis. I brought you a present. Here's your old gun. I polished it up a little bit, replaced the chain with a pure tempered silver chain, and I'm hoping I can try to fit a collapsible stock on. That's all if you don't mind. Oh, one more thing, the butt now has a recoil control pad to help improve accuracy, and the firing pin is new to prevent jams. Hope you like it. Free of charge." He then turned to Rose. "Just let me know if you guys ever need anything. You saved my life. You'll get free stuff for a while."

Have you ever had a hallucination that someone was bleeding profusely? It makes you feel nauseous. Therefore, it affected you. Which made your perceptions real to you. You are right about there being a difference in perception and reality. But when a perception has an effect, whether positive or negative, then it becomes reality to that person.
If you imagine yourself on a roller coaster hard enough, you can almost feel the weightless feeling in your gut. Then your senses are acting on that sensation, which makes it a temporary reality.

I've put a little time into upgrading your old one." Seth walked over to max, and asked "Would you mind trying to pull this bullet out of my knee? It's starting to be a nuisance."

Subject: reality
Reality is completely subjective, and can actually be changed via medications. Whenever you do drugs that are hallucinagens, you convert your reality into something much different. Anything that you believe in is reality. If you are a devout Christian, then God and Jesus and Satan are part of your reality. Buddha might be part of anothers.
If one were to ponder on this for too long, he should surely descend into madness.
