Subject: Food?

Aquascales sat listening to the conversation. Everyone seemed pretty occupied at the moment. With Moonbeam seemingly annoyed at being called Beamy, everyone didn't seem to be paying any attention to Aquascales. A relieving change. With the Then the thought dawned on him that in all the commotion, he had forgotten to get his mutton pastries. He looked around, and was suprised to notice that they were still on the bar counter., " Well, I'm going to go get my food", Aquascales said.,"Does anyone else want anything?" (If asks him to get anything anyting Aquascales will politely go and get it for them)

Aquascales smiled. He was confident that their group was more than capable of this. He had to eliminate the bandit, and everyone else got some reward. Bahamut be pleased that another criminal was dead. Aquascales replied. ,"So... I think we're all going tomorrow." Aquascales looked at Assal. "Unless you can think of anything needed before we do?"

“Hello gentlemen,” the new, 3 foot tall person said. “did I overhear something of an adventure in the works? If so, I might be interested if it is something interesting and exciting?”

Aquascales blinked. This was the first time he had ever saw someone shorter than himself. He was about 4' 6", tall for a Kobold. " Would you be prehaps intrested in traveling to Athera with us? My comrade, Assal," he motioned toward Assal," is looking for a sword, while I'm going to eiliminate a wanted criminal. Would you be intrested?" Aquascales noticed Assal talking to a cleric. It would seem like the were all going to Athera., " by the way, I'm Aquascales," Aquascales added as he extended his hand. "It's a pleasure to meet you."

Aquascales took Assal's outstreched hand. He asked," do you know anything about Athera? It's my first time around these parts. I came from a long way away." Aquascales heard the door open downstairs. "If you'd excuse me, there seems to be a new person downstairs. I shall go introduce myself. And, I need to pay for a room for the night."

In reply to Assals question, Aquascales said,"I have gotten this bounty from that man in Dark Leather Armour. It's about eliminating a bandit leader. Criminal scum more or less. It is my duty as a Paladin of bahamut, even without a bounty on him, to desl with him. I happened to overhear you talking to the bard here" Aquascales motioned towards Tralen, who was still on the ground," I was going to continue a conversation with him, but I didn't want to interrupt you."

Istoran looked down as Thistle stared into his eyes. Despite being able to stand in almost any danger and not flinch, he couldn't look someone n the eyes "What brings you to this rust bucket... Istoran?" the man called Thistle asked.

Istoran replied,"Money mostly. I'm not one of those, as you put it, blowhards with lances. I fight for money. That's all. If she happens to get work." Istoran gestured towards Myirh," I'll be working with her. How about your?"

Aquascales stumbled forward after Assal walked into him. "Worst. Day. Ever." Assal groaned.
Aquascales quickly recovered and went over to Assal. "Sorry. I shouldn't have been standing in the hallway like that." Aquascales apologized. He turned around and was surprised to see the new man gone. He decided to ponder that later, as he had more pressing issues right now. Aquascales extended his hand to Assal. " So you're heading to Athera right? That's where I'm heading too. Would it be okay for me to accompany you?"

Istoran stepped back. He decided that if the farmers did have anything to say, they probaly would talk to Myirh. If not... well he was close enough to hopefully break up any brawls. He notice a new patron enter the tavern. The new patron was clad in studded armour, so perhaps he was an adventurer too? Istoran strolled over there. "Good morning sir," Istoran said. "I am Istoran. And you are?"

Aquascales listened to what the man in dark leather armour told him. He was indeed intrested in what was being said. After all, as a Paladin of Bahamut, it was his duty to deal with this Tharex. "I am highly intrested in dealing with this Tharex..." The Kobold began,"Athera I think that is where the other two were headed to as well. I think that if I were to join up with them, we would stand a better chance." Aquascales took the map, and began to examine it." Are you coming as well, sir?"

Aquascales saw the half Orc bare pass out on the floor, but had no time to react before the warrior Assal brought him upstairs. A few seconds later, another man in dark leather armour followed them. Aquascales began to follow them upstairs to check on them upstairs, to make sure everything was all right. And the Tralin was right, he did want to come with them adventuring. He passed the man clad on dark leather came down. "Excuse me," Aquascales said politely. He arrived upstairs to the realization that he had no idea which door they entered. Maybe the new the man in the leather would know. Aquascales began to descend the stairs.

"My apologies if I have offended you, bu I've seen one too many of these icedents go sour." He smiled in what he hoped was a friendly way. "If there is a job though I would like to go. Would you allow me to come with you?" He bowed slightly. "I am Istoran, and I can hold my own with a blade."

Istoran strolled in with a quiet chinging noise. He was dressed head to to in chainmail, which made moving quietly difficult. He also kept his shield and sword on, more for personal security then nessecity. He sat down at one of the tables. He looked around the inn, noticing the gentleman and the half orc. He wondered if they were here on business, or something else.

"OI!" the half Orcs voice boomed. Istoran leapt in his seat."You lot speak up or keep it quiet. If its a politics keep it quiet, if you need something maimed or some muscle then speak up and ask." Istoran stood up slowly and began to move towards them. He was definately intrested in a job, especially an combat one. He had yet to prove himself to his father, after all. He placed his hand on his longsword. He sure hoped a fight wouldn't erupt in such a place, but was ready if it did.

Subject: Kobold entry

As he entered, he was met by a line of stares. He didn't happen to be a normal patron, even in the tavern. He was, after all a Kobold. He was clad in turquiose armour, with a engraving of Bahamut on the chest plate. "Rest easy friends, I'm not a normal Kobold," he said in a educated voice. Some of the patrons went back to their drinks, while others kept an eye on him. That morning he had woken up out in the middle of a farmers field. The Kobold had a faint recollection of a fight beforehand, but he wasn't sure. His scimator clicked against his armour as he walked in. Not anly was he heavily armoured, he carried a large sheild (for him at least), and a backpack full of assorted adventuring gear.

The kobold walked up to the bar. As soon as he sat on the stool, he realised he was too short for it. His head barely came up o the bar. "I'll have some of the Mutton pastries please," he asked politely, while placing a gold piece on the table. He scanned the room. The kobold noticed the half orc decsending down the stairs. Perhaps this is the time for himself. He strolled over. "Good evening. I'm Aquascales, a Paladin of Bahamut. And you are?"

Would the Lute allow a Kobold to come in? Or would the Lute kick him out? I was thinking of trying a reborn Kobold Paladin of Bahamut after his death saving the others of his group.

Si Tranic decided to stay on his bunk. He knw that a long slep tonight would help him out tommorrow. Besides, Havaluk seemed to want to be left alone. Sir Tranic pondered about his group while he layed on his top bunk. He thought that he better watch Wiz. Wiz's comment about Sir Tranic's past shook him up. He shook his head vigourously. Now, he was confident that he was just being paranoid. Sir Tranic made sure to only go to sleep when everyone was back. Perhaps they would find something interesting on their walk. "I'll call it a night tonight guys."Sir Tranic muttered as he layed on his back.

As Sir Tranic began to ask around for his group several guards began to leave. He realised that he didn't actually eat as fast as he thought. Sir Tranic decided it would be best to go to his bunk room.
When Sir Tranic arrived at his bunk room, he was suprised to see that he realised he was the only human in his group. In a human empire. Sir Tranic listened to the discussion on who will be leader. He was highly suprised when no one volunteered, but someone instead was volunteered. Tranic stated to the group," I am unable to be the leader. I have too many things in my past to be a good leader." He turned to Havaluk, who was volunteered. "If you think you can be leader, I will support you." Tranic climbed up on to his bed. He wasn't planning to sleep yet, but this was the first time he could lay down on a actual bed.
