lol

They'll probably end up using the weapons on me. I can see both Murph and Amber at this time beating the crap outta me with the butt of a gun.

This is amusing, but I'm not sure why they would beat you.

*nod*

Amber was upset with his first comments, but has pretty much let it go once he appologized. Hell she freaked out on Murph in her opening post, she knows they are all under pressure.

If Amber uses a weapon on anyone/anything other than a zombie at this point I imagine it will either be herself or one of you whom she mistakes for a zombie.

We'll try not to have the scene from Zombieland repeated. But... no promises...

Psh! Beat him? I've got a GUN!!!

Juuuust kidding... Post nearing completion, now... plenty of room in it for RP all around, I think...

It even includes some of Murph's thoughts on Alaster and the dressing down he gave the kid in the last post... don't worry so much... about Murph, anyway.

freakout

Alright as you all have seen Alaster has taken quite the turn for the worst. Just thought I'd give a little back story there so everyone knew why he was a drunk... Hope you all enjoy crazy Alaster compared to drunk Alaster.

Malek04

I posted my apology for my slight against your character. I didn't edit the post cause he would of still said it, given Mac's emotional state. That's how he deals with stress, jokes, and yes, usually at the expense of someone else.

I was working on my post at the same time you got yours in so I had no idea how close to home "and a shot short of a 5th of JD" would hit. So if your character wants to try and tear me a new one, go ahead.

...

Oh no its not your comment just thought hey he was sobering up time to show everyone the sober side of Alaster. The emotionally deppressed person in hiding. After Murph and Ambers b**** sessions with me your small comment didn't phase me i laughed a bit actually...

Wow!

Lookit you guys go!!!

Good RP there, gang!

The collab between Meri and myself is just about finished (it got a little lengthy but, man oh man, did it get good) I'll be wrapping it up and bringing those two back into the fold in just a little bit...

P.S. Murph's got a little spiel forthcoming that, I hope, will get the 'freakouts' under control... his included... you'll see.

P.P.S. Good call on the change of clothes bit, Ali... it is October in Chigago, after all.

nightstick?

Actually, sunow, the weapon you described in your post is typically referred to as a baton. It is usually considered to be a more "advanced" weapon than the nightstick (aka Billy club), but note that a baton really only deals subdual damage. It is more used against pressure points and such to take an opponent down for the purposes of cuffing them.

A nightstick, on the other hand, is shaped more like an off-center letter T, and is mainly used to crack skulls. This is what I had in mind for the police car, and is honestly more of an effective weapon against zombies.

Here's an illustration for you.
