LOL

Yeah if anyone looses a head from Murph's weapon it will probably be on purpose

FYI

I have Murph down two 12 gauge shells, to 17 total remaining.

Alaster is down two 10 gauge shells, to 19 total left.

Mac used one round, five remaining.

Do note that while .357 ammo is probably tougher to find, a .357 will fire .38 ammunition, no problem. .357 and .38 are the same caliber, the .357 simply has more powder/stopping power.

As for Jake - don't assume anything. This is my own zombie apocalypse, and you guys have no empirical evidence of what exactly is going on, how it's spread, etc.

Technically no...

However... this is in our world correct?

So... all of our characters would be familiar with 'zombie lore/movies' correct?

So... they might make assumptions based upon hollywood...

but...

lovely job GM... I almost peed myself for Amber. Luckily I had just made my hourly bathroom run a moment ago so all was dry

good point

Good point - everyone in thegame has surely seen zombie movies, so assumptions would be reasonable. Beware that they may or may not be correct.

ROFL @ pee jokes.

*nods*

OOC I'll keep in mind that a bite might not necessarily mean anything, besides a nasty pending infection of course... but IC as Amber... yeah... well you'll see when I get it written up.

Random thought

So i just had quite the stupid thought. What if there wasnt this Zombie Apocalypse scenario and everyone at the bar just inhaled something that made them think that. And these zombies after us are actually cops XD it would make a great ending to say everyone of us went to jail for our heinous crimes.

Yoiks!

Lookit Malek with the M Night Shamalan twist! Trippy thought, dude... creepifying even...

Quick question that kind of goes to what Murph's actions are in the next post... is Jake still lying on the ground or is he getting to his feet?

well

That's up to his player. Jake is not immobilized or the like - I see no reason why he wouldn't stand up as soon as possible.

game mechanics reminders

I don't recall if I posted this, but note the following: if you so desire, you can specify that you are shooting at an attacker's head. A successful gunshot to the head will almost certainly result in an instant kill. However, your chances of hitting the head are a good deal less than simply going for a hit, period.

Also, remember that you each have 11 "action points" - you may use these to grant yourself a bonus to any given die roll, one extra attack in a given round, or other perks (PM me if you need specifics).

You gain more if you see another level.

Malek, your attack will automatically succeed unless one of the other players wishes to stop you. The unconscious zombie is, by game rules, helpless - you auto hit with lethal damage, since there are no other threats for you to worry about.
