No offense to Olan, but he doesn't like the khords which are what the open characters are I do presume. It might work if you could allow him to draw up something fresh.

Doesn't like Khords? That's too bad, they're just regular dwarves with a different name, or at least in my game.

As to new characters, I'm not looking for any of those right now. I need Geim to live on, that's basically most important. If I can't find anybody to play him, he'll become an NPC. He represents Guland the employer, and already has had some encounters that matter to the storyline.
If he doesn't want to play Thondrek either, Thondrek is going to die and will not be replaced. It would be pretty unlikely for anybody new to enter the party, since it's supposed to secret, right? Also, I think the party is big enough as it is right now. Especially since Dragon Mistress' character will join you all in time.

I hope I'm not offending anybody with this.
