Here's an outside of the box idea. what do you guys think of doing more character development by writing more back story?

Flashbacks and just plain storying. I can see doing Jon as he grewup on broad with Captain Clark, more war stories, ect.

Just filler to keep the site alive, it would also add insight for others as to character play without affect on their character.

Al is it out of line to figure that our emergency supplies would have chemical lights? Jon and Tess might try finding a servival kit on the bridge or in the passage and pulling the chem lights.

To me it sounds just like something Grace would be all over. Her backup of a backup of backup type of mind would have this sort of thing Squirreled away in the engine room and other areas she covers.

Also it's the kind of thing that Ken might stash away too, he seems a "Black ops" kind of guy.

If you look at page 11 of the Q&A, I posted a ship list (that I think we accepted later on in the thread) that includes 4 packages of snaplights.

What do you think, Al? I'd say it's totally feasable that one package is on the bridge, one in in engineering, one in the medical bay, and maybe one in the galley?

I think there is a on-running joke here about there being safety lights probably hidden in every room of the ship but Grace hiding them so well that only she knows where they are.
