post

Stuck on post until i know some of the locations of the other players. Kinda dictates who I talk to. I'm guessing Emily is staying up by Mac to make sure everythings in order. Murph shopping? And father I'm not sure what you will be doing with that elephant gun of yours but i sure as hell hope you are up by the window to watch our backs.

Hmmm...

...I guess we didn't really discuss what we'd do with Mac while we were shopping, did we?

I guess it would make sense for Emily to stay with Mac near the front of the store - if we're doing the grab and dash bit, she probably wouldn't hold up to sprinting through the aisles and stuffing food in a pack given her medical condition and it'd be a lot easier for those of us designated as "aisle runners" to get in, get loaded, and get out if we didn't have to push a wheelbarrow with a Mac in it, too...

So, Mac and Emily (and maybe someone else standing guard) at the front of the store, everybody else with packs and purses and stuff at the ready, running the aisles and grabbing grub? Consensus?

okay

If you want, I'll randomly assign you guys where you went, what you got - this will save posts. I do need to know if you do post a guard to stay with Emily/Mac, who it will be.

I was...

...just tryin' to spare your hip, Padre.

Actually, I was just thinking that Alaster, Amber, and Murph would be the "speedier" members of the party, atm, and so, figured that they'd be the ones going in whilst Rev Artillery stood watch with Maria... *shrugs* ... I'm flexible either way, though... Heck, if you wanna just let Murph and Alaster go and everyone else huddles around Mac, that's fine, too... Murph can leave the SLP with Amber or whatever to give additional firepower to that group, for that matter...

Entirely possible...

...but, in that situation, I'd almost bet Murph would part with the shotgun in order to make sure the others were better protected. He'd make due with running or the machete (or whatever was handy) while in the aisles if necessary. Besides, if the shotgun goes off, Murph stops shopping and goes to the front... if Murph gets ate... well... more food for you guys and you still have the shotgun, right?

point taken

But who will lead us if the all powerful Murph dies? I don't think Alaster has enough like points with the group to lead them. Mac well we won't get into that. Emily is sick although she is alot tougher now... and amber can't control her bladder apparently...

LOL @ "all powerful Murph"

Well, hopefully, Murph won't get munched anytime in the immediate future but, if he does, let's hope there's been enough 'listening' going on for the rest of the party to at least have an idea of what they need to do next...

...and, I suppose, if Murph does become zombie-chow, ol' Reverend Artillery has probably got some ideas of his own.
