Sorry about that. It seems like everything was happening at once. Back to school, wife's birthday, work, etc. I didn't have time to sit down and post. But now I should be back to normal.

A half night?  Really only a third of one, I'd say...

No worries, Blackthorn.  We gt that real life happens.  Just make your way back.  If I need to bump little spots like this to keep the game going, I will.

so how much would you say for Kith's armor? In my head, I'm picturing breastplate, bracers, cuisses (not counting the belts she's got weapons/pouch on). So that would be 3 to suit up entirely? (not that she will right now, but ncie to store as reference)

Kith has leather armor.  Per my earlier comment, that's one round with help, two alone.

How many folks are in the common room aside from Nya when Ch'dau makes it downstairs? Of those, how many are capable of/willing to fight and/or defend the inn? And, finally, how close is the Silver Cat to the door/windows when they bust open?

Couple questions:

How far away is the window from the door?

How many creatures are able to come through the door at one time? How many through the window at one time?

How many creatures are already in the room with us? Is Midge able to tell how many are still outside?

Is it possible to have a rough map of the "battlefield"? (totally fine if no)

The windows are a good ten feet plus to either side of the door.  Windows can admit one at a time; the door can do two or three.

At the moment, there are four zombies inside.  It is dark outside, impossible to tell how many more may be out there, though it sounds like there defintiely are more.

I should probably also mention that, should he make it as far as the window, Ch'dau's intent is to cut them down before they make it through and, possibly, clog the opening with a stack of twice-dead bodies. Also, if he sees or senses Kith, he'll do his best to signal her to keep well out of reach.

Gib's plans:

Offense - Sword and Shield, baby! Hackin' the beasties 'til they're dead.

Defense - Use the shield primarily and fight defensively for the defensive AC bonus. If that giggling thang infiltrates the defenses, Gib will call for everyone to regroup at the stairs. Hopefully, this will provide the warriors with a strong defensive position with Gib and Cedric further up the stairs to provide support and Midge to launch his magic past everyone.

Use of Spells -  If one of the party is noticeably close to death, Gib will do what he can to make it to their side and call upon Therassor for a miracle (Cure Light Wounds). If things are starting to go poorly, Gib will cast Chant.

Aranwen will probably be arriving to the scene last. Depending on the situation when he arrives, he will move to cover the entrance (door or window) that is most needed (most likely the closest window). He will fight defensively, adding his bonus to AC instead of attack, since he is lacking his leather armor.
