wow

Posts like that are what make this game so incredible.  I've had priests of Therassor before, never had someone bring the religion to life like Brom has.

Well...

...in retrospect, I almost felt bad for Ch'dau swearing at the D'hurgenite after Gib had just prayed over him... almost.

Never feel bad for swearing at the D'hurgenite.

Though, I do wonder if there are neutral temples to D'hurgen to take care of funeral rites.

Random doodlezez

So, breebles and I had a bit of a chat-fest last night and, in the process, I picked up a pen and started scribbling... this is what came of it. Not my best work, by far, but I figured I'd share, anyway.

Kith, the Cat, and the Khatun

Whoa.

Okay, just to gain some clarity in the madness.

  1. Aranwen and Ch'dau are dead?
  2. Cedric condition is...?
  3. Gib is wounded how bad?
  4. Kith is obviously Stockholmed.
  5. Davena is down but not yet dead?
  6. Garn is dead?
  7. Can we tell at all which side of the cultists seems to be winning?
  8. How far apart are we all from each other? Can Gib make it to Ch'dau and Aranwen in time to cast a healing spell keeping them from death? Or Cedric, maybe?
  9. Can Gib cast Hold Person on Kith?

I've got a Masonic event tonight but I'll check in later to see if there are answers. Oh, and I loved the irony in Kith killing Ch'dau with Aranwen's sword.

there it is

I'm gonna sincerely say this: I am so very sorry.  I hope that you'll all still speak to me after that post.

I considered breaking this into several posts, but you had given me such an excellent battle plan that by the time it was executed, it was down to "melee for your lives", anyway... it just made sense from a narrative perspective to complete the battle here in one post, rather than highlight every hit, miss, etc.

This has obviously been in the works for some time.  It may get worse before it gets better.

Again, I am sorry.  I hope I haven't ruined everyone's enjoyment here.
