A little longer than I had anticipated to write out, but I got there!

Eol--I took a few liberties with the design of this place, so if some of it doesn't make sense lemme know and I can switch some things around as necessary. Noteably, I re-read your room/corridor descriptors of where Ch'dau's cage was a few times but I'm not sure I fully understood what the space was supposed to look like as I was writing about it. I thought you may have kept it a little ambiguous for Kith to play around in, and she did, but I'm open to chat about that too so we're on the same page.

I am also up for them to converse a little more before the guards show up if you think Ch'dau would have more to add, I just didn't want to try to have a full on conversation without you there

Other than that, DOUBLE-PHEW! Let's rock!

Isn't that the way of all shadow walkers? Never able to get what they wanted, instead running into trouble wherever they go  

It's really interesting to see into Kithran's thoughts. I've played one rogue before. Somehow I get the impression she and Kithran would get along well, or be stuck in an endless rivalry over what they could steal from their marks and each other. 

Thank you! I had started to write this before you or Eol had posted, and when you two had I just kept thinking, "man, I hope they don't get whiplash from the change in tone in this post right from the start."

I don't know if I'll always be so revealing in her thoughts, but I was liking it for her introduction at the very least. Complaining or joking to herself while leaving bloody corpses in her wake or being a dick to a tortured prisoner. She can do bad ass things, rip throats out without a thought, but she's can also be a bit childish. Which I mean, even in human years your late-20s is still a pretty young and cocky age, and in Sylvari years she may as well be a baby.

Oh! That part about the "toys", I wrote her little joke to herself before the Adedre post and now it's TOO REAL :3 lol

And haha yeessss, rogue buddies! *stabby stabby stabby*

I'm starting to get tempted to introduce a... Particular assassin into this story. I'll think on it some more. Might be interesting, and chilling, to see Adedra making a deal with them.

Look, I know that I just seem excited about every gd post you two make, but I wouldn't be if every gd post of yours' weren't so intriguing Loved this introduction (for me at least) to Morgana! That mask element is really neat and I'm looking forward to some fun interations with her down the line 

It makes me exceedingly happy that we're all enjoying this, so much! For something that just started out as an "I wonder what happened when..." idea seed, it's certainly taken right off!

Also, I've updated the notable NPCs post on the first page with descriptions of Ascinar Driol and Morgana provided by Reralae.

I finally get to put Morgana in writing somewhere. I've had vague ideas for her for a long time, but no opportunity to include her. And now she's here. Someone who you just know is going to be trouble down the road

I'm glad she comes across creepy as intended

After setting up these forces in play, I will probably take a bit of a break (though who knows how long that will last). Let the ideas for scenes past and present simmer until I have another to share. And so I don't constantly break your posts with a 'meanwhile somewhere completely different possibly in a different time'

I'm rather looking forward to seeing Ch'dau and Kithran's next actions in their fight or flight response to everything going on at Adedra's keep
