Perfume...

Or as Morgana would put it, slow acting contact poison. Recall how cosmetic retail employees will put perfume on your wrist for you to sample...

Morgana's vocation as an assassin is not an empty title

Morgana

Man, what a cool character.

I'd love her if I didn't hate her so much.

P.S. JK I still love her.

Small addition

I've added to the post with the encounter between Aranwen and Morgana on the current page.

The exact wording I'm going to withold for Aranwen to share herself later, but I imagine it's not hard to guess what Morgana offered her

Well...

It is the Witch of Threads - heartstrings are merely threads of the heart, aren't they?

Boom!

So, Mosic's dispel magic bit failed... Ch'dau almost dropped the puppet (and himself)... but, the cleric came through with that mace strike!

Little guy gave Ch'dau a second to regroup and prepare for the puppet's second blow and, with the luck of the dice, cat-beast did as cat-beasts do... tore the arms off the thing!

Hopefully, if Mosic was able to convince Kith to beat feet out of the shop, Ch'dau will let the thing be and follow them out... If not, he'll likely continue to dismemeber the thing. I'll let someone else decide the final outcome, there, I think.

It just occurred to me...

... What Morgana would do here. It's a gamble on her part and it leaves the puppet's remaining joints directly open to Kithran's blade to break, but she would risk it for the chance she succeeded.

You got it!

Good job, pops.

Speaking of POPS, I have some thread to cut!

Non-sequitors, baybeeeee!

Anyway, these threads aren't like, magic invisible threads, yes? They're magic visible threads Kith can have a go at?

Ha!

Y'know, I had a feeling that very thing was going to happen... which is why I didn't post anything about the puppet falling to the floor.

Nice!!!

Kithran can easily go for the hip or knee joints - break the leg off, break the hold
