I think I peed a little...
Don't do that!!! I was panicked for a second!!!
I'd say we're on the right path, gang... but it feels sooooo wrong!
How wide is this hallway, o' master of our impending doom? Are we still good with two abreast or are we narrowing down?

hehe
Glad you enjoyed it.
Now that you mention it, two abreast works but is a tight squeeze. If you go single file, do give me the marching order, please.

Single file
Looks much the same as two abreast - just take the bottom row and shift them up and right a bit
Or to be more specific, from left to right as front to back: Kithran, Aranwen, Garn, Cedric, Midge, Davena, Gib, and Ch'dau

That's why I asked. :D
What's everyone else think?
To me, "tight squeeze" says no room to fight/manuever. I'm thinking "staggered single file" but maybe the same general order?
Edit: The butterfly beat me to it! What she said! *shuts up now*

Kith will be doing her thing. Being quiet as all eff. Looking for traps, listening for anything coming their way. Taking all of the initial damage. Preparing to duck down so the big kids can have a go at the baddies. Hallucinating wildly.
All of her greatest hits.
EDIT: Suuuuch a big JK on taking all of the initial damage. I don't think I can stress that enough. She's going to go ahead and dodge every. single. thing. That comes her way, if that's alright.

It's in consideration
Kind of leaning towards investigating the other way through the main entrance, but I can't quite tell if that's Aranwen's logic or my personal reaction of 'gross'

observations...
1) Kith is the new damage sponge. Cool. I like it, makes my job easier.
2) So we are doing the side passage as opposed to the temple area. Cool.
3) Did... did one of my players just complain that I'm not throwing enough enemies at them?
I'll have to address that. I'd HATE for my players to be disappointed in my efforts as a GM!

Not me, Aranwen's nerves are on edge as she's concerned about enemies she doesn't know where they are

well...
I mean... there was a MASSIVE horde outside. It's been mostly killed/dispatched (you know, save that dozen zombies or so that you sent fleeing into the woods). And the priest leading them is dead.
Maybe this place is just empty. The threat is over. Cake for everyone!

I mean...
... she's the new damage sponge, maybe some critters will try digging deep deep deep deep deep deep down to find the goodness inside. Right?

I find it interesting looking at the discrepancy between Aranwen's outward appearance vs her inward thoughts. She is afraid for her allies, with good reason after the last encounter. She holds that fear inside, caging it with the knowledge that there is nothing that can be done aside continue or retreat, and to retreat is to give up which she is unwilling to do.
Aranwen is not a paladin; she still has her fear. Even if she hides it to the best of her ability
