Seth noticed something was on her mind.
"what are you thinking about?" He laid back in the bed in Max's room, relaxing. It felt good to sleep on a bed, not a converted couch. He felt slightly naked without at least one weapon, and then he remembered his boot knife. He felt slightly more secure.

Seth decided to let her have her privacy. It couldn't hurt anything. He felt kind of strange, sort of like an outcast...
Like one of the only survivors from an attack. How had he went through two wars and was still alive or unchanged? Good questions, but for another time. Now was not the time for reflection or pondering.
