Haven't seen Av in quite a while...

I saw Avrielle's name on the online members list this morning..

I think she's still somewhat upset because of the tragedy.

There are sooooo many! Where to start?

Thumper (Dad gave me that one when i was still in utero - guess I was a fetus with a kick )

Rabbit (Another one of my Dad's - derived from the earlier Thumper and probably had something to do with "Robert" and "rabbit" sounding a like after a night at the pub)

CAT (yes, all caps, it's more an acronym than a name... given to me by an "old gang" of friends...stands for Crazed And Treacherous... this one spawned a few others "Don Gato", "the Catman", Cuz'n Cat, etc)

Rub M'Bum (Lyskhala is sort of responsible for this one... long story about what happens if you don't sign your name legibly when attending meetings)

"Da Beaner" (My brother in law hit me with this one... when we first met, he was under the impression that I was Mexican and blahblahblah)

"F--king Dracula" (Father in law... long story! :BG

Dag Nabbit (My gameshow host alter ego... Welcome to another exciting episode of Save That Puppy! I'm your host Daaaaaaaag NABBIT!... lys is sort of responsible for this one, too)

Like I said, the list goes on and on... those are some of the more interesting ones, though.

Nicknames

My wife calls me "Bear" and has since we were dating. Since I am big and cuddly like a huge stuffed bear.

My God-daughter calls me "Godpa Bear"

On the Inn I have the affectionate nickname of "Big Al". This came from a picture I shared with Olan of me with some co-workers. I was at the back, head and shoulder higher than all of them. (I'm 6'5")

Of course, "Alacrity Fitzhugh" comes from a Brian Daley novel, that I stole the name for a character I played briefly.

In one of the stores I managed way back when, all my staff were giving each other "spice girl" names, as they were all the rave back then. My spice girl name - "Old Spice".
