Honestly, do any of us truly care if this pop-tart or that is in rehab, or if they were photographed without their skivvies on? Does it really matter to the rest of the world who the father of Anna Nicole's baby is? Do we really care why she died? *shakes head* I blame reality TV.

America worships celebrities. It's so sad.

I only "worship" a couple...Hugh Jackman and Sean Connery but not cuz they are celebrities

I don't own a TV, I don't read news sites, and I don't surround myself with people who care about that sort of thing. I mainly use the internet to keep in touch with my friends, all of whom know I don't remotely care about that sort of crap, and don't tell me about it.

Occasionally, but not often. I saw Rocky. Last movie before that was Clerks 2. Neither of those would indicate to me who you people are talking about.

...I was reading back through some of the posts I've apparently missed here and realized that folks were posting pics. I'm pretty sure I've seen that one of RK before (that or he just looks a helluva lot like someone else i know) and, wow, Death! You do look younger than your years!

Death - I can still burn off a lick or two on the guitar but I'm a drummer more than anything else... been centuries since I've been in a band, though. Spent about 16 months pounding the skins for a band called Strange Behaviour back in the early 90's... now, about the only chance i get to play is when I go "home" in the summer and hang out with my cousin and her hubby... We sit out on the porch of the cabin, get lit, and jam until the loons can't stand it anymore.
