Fate?

From where you are outside the keep gate you would not be able to make out the body of Fate.

In fact, no-one has been able to make out Fate's body since it was swarmed by goblins.

I prefer calling him 'Date'. It sounds tastier.

Oh and can Aelistae get to Xaris in time (with Dylan's help), or is he too far away?

Timing/ Distance

Your arrival depends on a multitude of things...

initiative...
(If Jozan goes first he rolls first...)

All those AoO's that Jozan just burst through in his rage affecting you as you pass...

Speed of Aid another... I'll chaulk it up to a hand in hand mad dash, but it could affect things based on happenstance...

And other character's actions again influencing npc's reactions.

But, I plan on updating tomorrow or monday, so if you havn't post, try to do so!

Well hopefully there will be a few less gobbos about when the mad dash is made. Plus I don't think Aelistae would be able to just stand back while Xaris breathes his last. She's a caring sort (for a drow )

I must say~

It's good to see that at least Talus is so far so very optimistic about our chances XD great post. Here's hoping that we can rescue the brave little gnome.

At least we have had a chance to test the limit's on that thing. The only thing capable of bringing down a raging Gnommish Barbarian is a raging Ogrillion Barbarian- and his army.

yeah

I think that "-and his army" part is key there. If it was just the raging ogrillion barbarian against our gnome, poor Bolikar wouldn't stand a chance.

And thank you, Reralae, for your post. That's the first time I've been glad to have to rewrite half of my planned post. I didn't know how Talus was going to stay in the fight until Linnix called his name.

Something I noticed the other day

Was my wolf slain? I think it is due back either very soon or perhaps a round ago. I just haven't seen that it has been doing any use as of recently.

Update

I'm updating now.

As for the wolf, I had it kill some goblins, and injure an orc before it was killed I believe... somehow though I forgot to put that in the last update.. my bad.. know that it served it's cause well though

So very comforting

So it died an honorable and most likely brutal death seconds before it was due back to its home plane. XD

Just read the update and...

I'm exhausted.

Great to know we all survived and Bob the Orc met his last!

Thanks for the healing everyone, and lvl 6 now yeah! two attacks a turn, and a new feat. shall I get cleave or greater rage? potentially three attacks a turn, or 13 rounds of rage. I am at a stand still on this. any advice?

Actually,

it's Cleave! (you have to pronounced the '!')

Anyway, victory to us! It's almost amazing to think that we didn't loose anyone (yet) during that battle.

I'll have to stop ignoring my essay, but after that I will send in a leveled up Dylan 'the Satyr' Geiling.
