It seems I remember how it fight and wield a sword, how to walk and talk and do plain physical things, but other memories that touch on myself, family, and the other things you spoke of in the PM, I do not remember.

Your name, sills, horse all that is fine, merely all memories assosciated with family and heritage are blank.

You are Kas(insert rest of first name here), can't even remember your last name (as that cuold be tied to family lineage) you are a skilled warrioress, and good hearted. Aside from that you don't remember where you were headed or why, who the men who accosted you are (though their bodies are before you) and you don't know who any of the people who saved you are..

Your inherent will to do good however is not changed, nor has your aura for the purpose of those who can detect such things. People (yourself included) may not know who or what you are, and they may perhaps find out someday, but as per what we discussed when creating your character, that will only be revealed if and when I deign appropriate to plot progression. (yay flaws I get to play with !)

Just remind me I can cast spontaneously any spell I know correct? I forgot LOriel had had one spell to use which she would have used on Kas IT is just Cure Minor but would have helped stabilize her. I will edit my post to day I used it up.

Yep, favoured souls are like sorcerors. They don't need to prepare spells in advance.

Rangers can't spontaneously cast from their spell lists, unfortunately. And I believe cure light wounds is a 2nd level spell for a ranger (don't ask me why though!). Unfortunately a cure minor isn't possible since rangers don't get 0 level spells.

I don't know if I'm just being a fool and you're aware of this etc. I just thought I'd make some comment or another about it. (Llolth either, but she's one of those deities that kind of float in the background of our mind).

Not knowing what Domains you have, (or even if Favoured Souls get domains) I can't think of any other deity for your needs at the moment.

Lolth actually is an FR deity. She tends to float around in the background of Greyhawk, but its in the world of FR that she is a 'grounded' deity. (having numerous novels written about her and her worshippers, the story of her once being Araushnee etc.)

Pelor of course isn't. Unless Kas has been plane-hopping. And the ideal substitute for Pelor in the FR pantheon is Lathander the Morninglord.

yes I don't know why Pelor was mentioned, I'm pretty sure she's a follower of Tyr, the justice god.

Kas can spontaneously cast her spells, but she receives less spells per day and a slower spell progression than say a cleric would, that's the trade off.

Ranger's do not get 0 level cantrips or orizons in the case of divine spellcasting, and thusly Loriel has not a spell of healing to spare.
