Lifes been hectic, and i am still unsure if i've got the tome to dm, its alot more work than that of being a player but i do value u as players and like the game so i will make an effort if i am unable i will post an offiicial fizzle post

I've got a table top game I'm running that just got to a point where I have no idea how to get them to the end of the story. I know what's happening now and I know where I want them to be... no visible bridges between here and there.

I wasn't trying to push the game back onto the front burner for anyone and especially not if we've reached the end of Kaelyn's planned story line.

My life's been a little crazy recently as well and I just stumbled back across this game that, honestly, I had almost completely forgotten about and I wanted to know if anyone else was still checking in.

I loved the character interactions and the slice of the world we inhabited, but it's been so long since a game post has happened that I could go either way right now, pick it back up or shelve it.

Was just checking the pulse. If there is one, cool. If not, that's okay too.

Wow, that's a surprise. I honestly didn't expect this game to get going again, or for a giant rat beast thing to show up.

Would Knowledge: Arcana or The Planes help Talus identify this thing as some kind of aberration or demon, maybe?
Also, how is the ceiling of this room constructed? Is it just hewn from solid rock or are there support beams keeping the room from collapsing?

EDIT:
I just checked the shatter spell and even if there are supports I probably won't be able to do anything with them, because I can only shatter objects weighing up to 70lb and my blast only does 1/2 dmg to objects. I'm still curious about the ceiling and walls though, because I'm looking for some plan B options in case plinking away with eldritch blast doesn't work so well.
