Honestly? I was originally worried about payment and such overseas. The more I look at it, the more it seems that I should not have this restriction.

Nope, I didn't forward it. We discussed what had been going on in game, but I kept your PM to me as a PM.
Seriously, though - I think we are, indeed, getting a little too caught up on what is, overall, a minor deal.
I just thought it was a really odd time to have the pissing match, since a plan had already been made. I had no zombie planned in the building or street at the time, so no harm, no foul.
Now, let's get on with it so I CAN harm you guys.

The regular shirt only goes up to XXL. I can put it on an XXXL, but note that those are not available in purple - you can get brown, black, navy, red, white, gray, blue, or green. Cost is +$3, so $25 instead of $22.
Let me know if you want me to do any design in that size.

You guys are killing me. I understand people cracking.freaking out, whatever, but there have been some really surreal arguments going on in this game.
With the world ending, this is what your character would do? Really?
Wow.

Topic: Zombies in Chicago Subject: at the drugstore...
October 26, 2014
Save Rite Drug - 12:50 PM
Following more meltdowns, the survivors manage to make their way to the front door of the Save Rite, where inexplicably, a pissing contest errupts as to who will go through the door first. Finally, Alaster steps up to the front door.
Surprisingly, the door itself is unlocked. For a brief moment, it is as if the entire rest of the world has gone nuts, but this little strip mall represents an island of sanity... as if business were going on, as usual.
However, the lights inside are, not surprisingly, out. At first glance, everything seems in order, and Alaster motions for the others to follow him in.
The Save Rite is a small neighborhood pharmacy that cannot boast the variety of stock that a chain store such as a Walgreens; the front area contains a very small selection of general merchandise, a larger section contains typical drugstore fare (personal hygeine, first aid, pain relievers, etc). The back area of the store is clearly the domain of the pharmasict, with rows of bottles and bins. The entire store is bisected by a laminated wooden counter that contain two cash registers and a small, hip-level gate that allows passage between the two areas of the store.
Even though the electricity is out, enough light filters in from outside to illuminate the front area of the store very clearly. There is a rack containing assorted greeting cards, a stand bearing Chicago Cubs hats, t-shirts, and backpacks, a candy counter, and two small refrigerated drink coolers - one contains soft drinks, the other bottled water and gatorade. Despite the relative coolness of the day, the interior of the store is rather stuffy and warm.
Belatedly, you realize that you are not alone in the store, as a man steps from behind one of the dividers in the back. While he is neither tall nor imposing, his wiry build suggests athleticism. His auburn hair is short into a short buzzcut, and his blue eyes shift nervously back and forth. He wears a hiking-style backpack (with aluminum frame) on his back, and carries a crowbar in one hand and a roll of gauze in the other. Upon spotting you, he flinches, looking for all the world like he will bolt and run any instant.

Topic: New T-shirt design announcements Subject: okay, I give
By popular demand, I have created a Loaded Dice "Roll for Save" t-shirt (taken from the "Breast Weapon" strip). The default color is purple, which not only coordinates with the art, but looks really good, in my opinion. However, you may change the color to just about anything you like.
Check it out!

It *is* a push/pull door.
For most locations, Google Maps will give you a pretty correct indicator of what's what. Realize that this is four years in the future, so some businesses may be new/out of business. I took liberties with O'Brian's (didn't realize that there WAS a real O'Brian's) - that block of Cornelia is actually residential only, but I figured that a neighborhood pub would fit right in.
The Save Rite and hardware store are in their real life locations (though our harware store is Ace, the real one is True Value... they must have gotten bought out). This is actually how the Treasure Foods came to be... I didn't realize that it was here when I first mapped out the area, and could see no good reason to exclude it.
If you see any HUGE discrepencies in the maps, feel free to PM me. Minor stuff, though, is artistic license.
Post from me to the game thread shortly.

Topic: The Great Photo Contest Subject: The Great Photo Contest
I have launched a little project for fun and profit - The Great Photo Contest.
Basically, the idea is that you pay a $5 entry fee for each picture that you'd like to enter. Entries are judged, and weekly, monthly, and annual prizes are awarded or each category.
Weekly prizes are $25, monthly prizes are $100, and annual prizes are $1000. There are currently two categiories - children and babies - but I expect to add more (animals/pets, and landscapes pop to mind).
Anyway, if you know of a shutterbug (pro or amatuer) who might be interested in this sort of thing, I'd REALLY appreciate it if you'd send them the link.
Thanks!
