Some of my characters have dropped over the past half a year and I would like to rebuild the party. Presently we have a Paladin, cleric/deviner, and a Knight (fighter).
WE NEED SOME MAGES and maybe a pure cleric.

Emily turned away to cough semi violently. She covered her cough as best she could to prevent anyone from seeing the blood...but Mac saw it once before.

He knew Emily was right about the pharmacy. The bounty jumper he was after had ran into Wrigley Stadium and he lost him there for a few hours. So he staked out at a
7-11 across the street. He walks over to Murph.
"Hey, Murph. I got good news, and bad news. The good news is that we're all behind you here and Wrigley field IS a good idea.....but, here's where the bad news comes in.
Before I ducked in here days ago, I chased a bounty jumper into Wrigley. There was no pharmacy nearby. Just a
7-11. So it appears we will have to take a more rounded route if we're going to hit a pharmacy first.":-/

Pyroboom is my son and my exact words to him was, "you have no business at this time making games. you need to read other's posts and games to see how things run here first. Learn how to make characters from those running games and do some role playing. Get your stuff together first before you start making games."
I also told him if he starts his Sonic the hedgehog crap here i will personally request T_catt to ban him. lol

Keep in mind that this site is not only for making games but for playing in them. First of all .....Duck! Eol's lick is coming at you. Don't worry, its harmless, I think.
Don't feed the Grugg if you value your hands.
Im sure someone has a link they can toss up here for the d20 srd for you to read and familiarize yourself with the system used for role playing games. Read through the site everything that catches your interest to find what you like best in this RPG world to make your contributions richer, and make them count.

Subject: Honey do's again
Just wanna say that for the record, my post is not the result of Metagaming. with my wife interupting me multiple times with Honey-Dos, i didn't get the post in until an hour after princessali did her forshadowing q&a post. Got in up before T_catt's "unfair" post though.
Also, my character already has his weapons so unless along the way i find a better gun (with a clip or clips and rounds) I've got my fancy shmancy 3 1/2 ft aluminum star wars blade prop/walking stick and 357 mag six shooter.

Subject: The trip across the plains
Seeing no danger, the group began to make their way across the plains. For at least the first 10 miles they took in the sights and new sounds that befuddled their ears. Natural creatures of this realm, or worse? Strange bird-like creatures soared through the air with long tails trailing behind them seemed to take no notice of the group as they traveled.
Strangly enough, as the sun began to set, it seemed to be getting hotter. The air turned from a humid balmy climate to a dry summer hot temprature. Sweat really begins to first bead up then pour from their bodies as they travel.
Being as there was no real trail the group had to walk through the tall grasses, picking up unusual spear-like burs as they went. These burs cut into any exposed skin as the natural oils present on the spear tips are absorbed into natural fabrics. As the oils collect and the sweat dilutes, an itchy irritation is caused. The party, almost half way to the forest may be wondering which is worse, the travel or being attacked by something.
The bird like creatures may have actually took notice, after all. As the sun finally set, and a new light source seemed to be on the rise from the opposite end of the land, the bird-like creatures take up a circular flight path directly over the party just as they make their way to the mouth of the heavily canopied forest. Will they make camp outside or within the dark forest? Which will prove more dangerous?

Mac was the last up the basement stairs. He was used to being ignored, not being taken notice of. He was a stuntman first and a bounty hunter second. A hero wasn't what he was supposed to be. Always behind the scenes, he was paid to take the lumps for the heroes and Mac took many in both lines of work.
As Amber and Murph went into the office, Mac cast a look of concern towards Emily.
"What happened to her? Was she attacked by those freaks out there?"
A flood of negative thoughts began to fill his head. Taking her with us, are we carrying our demise as well? She might die and become one of those things.
Turning to Emily he says,"Are you gonna be alright? Are you cold?"
(contingent on a positive answer he will offer his coat to her.)
He makes his presence known to all as best as he can by asserting his voice and says,"I realize we are gathering supplies but, I believe the use of more alacrity to get to the nearest pharmacy is in order. I don't rightly know what's wrong with this girl beyond the obvious, but we need to get going, NOW!"
He knew those monsters may be laying in wait to finish the girl off. He wouldn't let that happen if he had anything to do with it. They needed to get going and get off the streets as soon as they can. No need to be a walking buffett.
