Wow, it worked!!!!   As for location of the crossing my mistake for not being more specific. In my mind we went south of the burning pile before crossing and would head north to it to remove the goblins there first.    But will work with what we have.   Am I correct that in order North to South now we would have : Current Party location, Varlog, Ford, Pyre?  Or is the ford directly east of the ford?    

The Ford is directly in front of the Vargolg.  Otherwise you are correct.

I am not adverse to moving the location of the crossing.  It just wasn't clear.  If you did go South of the pyre quite a bit it would end up being mid afternoon before you make it across in case that matters.

Please move the location to south of the pyre.  Thanks  Only way we can sneak up on them is to come from the south

Well, even though no one actually said it was okay for her to join the group, I'm going to assume it was okay.  Even if not she would have probably snuck along anyway. ?

Since my character is basically just tagging along, I'll be waiting till a few other people posts their actions to see how the group wants to proceed.

Dragon-Soul:  The 4 known guards were at the ford.  You are currently South of the pyre.  You don't know how many are there becuase the numbers changed throughout the day as groups brought bodies or wood to burn.
