Klaxxon Just to make sure everyone is on the same page, certainly everyone on the ship would know what the klaxxon means even if you hadn't heard it much. Makes me wonder if you'd run drills once and awhile during long trips in the black. A lock means the missile is locked onto an aspect of the ship, usually the pulse beacon but it can be your heat signature or a smart missile may track your image, etc etc. Missiles can not turn well so evasive manueuvers are usually quick turns that the missiles have to arc around. Timing.... I was thinking that Ash would have gone back to his room to clean the mess. Would he have time to make it to the engine to help out after he heard the klaxon? yes Asher would have time to get to engineering and I would imagine that would be the course of action in this situation. Something locked on the pulse beacon so Wolf and Asher would want to shut down the beacon. Not easy, as PB are hardwired and made not to be removed but nothing is impossible. Again, I am guessing but I would think that in this "event" Willow and Trish would get to the shuttles and start the preflight in the worst case scenario that you have to flee.
