Tann - what you do with your character is up to you. I thought it would be a good chance to play some comedy but if you feel it detracts from Wolf, then don't do it. The way i see it, accepting and playing through mistakes is part of the role playing experience. Heck, I'd give you plot points if you did. Wyatt played through being robo-seduced. Ody played through being blown up, shot and disconnecting the power during a thrill chase scene. Maybe Wolf will decide to hoof it to the the camp instead of admitting he forgot (he has d8 in Vitality and willpower). It is only a mile, so for someone in shape it would be what - 6 minutes? Maybe he'll decide that flying can't be that much different from driving if you keep low, like a hovermule. Either way I would reward you with plot points for making it a good story.

We are waiting on Ody and Vanadia. If they can post before the weekend I will update. Still waiting to see if Connor wants to play Tess out for the rest of the adventure.

To keep Tess alive if you plan on removing her character we could have Destiny rescue the party and she flies off with John and Grace. John saves his "Lil Sister".

The movie shot of Destiny arriving would be so cool because she looks so different. The Feds would even wonder what's up.

Gosh I miss that boat.

The plan at the moment is to get Tess and John to the end of this campaign either as PC or NPC and then they will be written out. Tess will receive a contact from Gracie that Destiny is flight worthy again and so forth. Maybe I will start up Destiny again at that point if I have enough players willing to stay the course.

John will be track down by the Hun and disappear under dubious circumstances and carbonite freezing.

Sifu will return to the mission.

A new pilot will be brought in, and maybe another character. We shall see.

Well Destiny still has a Captain if she ever flies again.
Roc is a great boat, but Destiny was becoming mine. The back story on where she came from is still mystery. A battle boat like none commonly seen.

Destiny has a captain but I believe all the other players in the game are now gone. I might be able to convince Mmv to play Gracie again but she is looking at grade 12 and university admissions this year.

I would bring Stephanie back as the Doctor.

It's all good my friend, points or not, I'm still running to the shuttle. However your idea of Wolf running back to Rocinante is not a bad one. Depending on what you post I already have a post working in my head.

A big welcome to you Giddy and an apology. First the welcome I enjoyed your first post and thought it well written and I look forward to playing in this game with you as John or a character of your own creation.

Roger as for Destiny I know when you started that game you wanted new players you had not played with before instead of us old hands but once again I raise said hand to let you know I'd like to join that game also. Maybe this time I'll be the gunfighter

Tann - let me know which way you plan to go with Wolf and I will incorporate it into my post. Who knows, if you get a good roll you may do a 4 minute mile.

Destiny - Thanks Tann, thought you might step up. Right now I want to get through this particular campaign before adding another. I dropped most my games because of lack of time. No one has left me a cache of time under the mistletoe yet.

And I'm super excited to play; I love this universe almost as much as my dad (who would trade places with Mal or Wyatt in a heartbeat.)

Tann- Thanks for the apology, but its unnecessary! No one was playing John when I was trying to catch up, and the story needed to continue!

The post stands as first posted with Wolf headed to the shuttle. In his worry for the rest of the crew and what he thinks of as HIS ship he has not yet realized that he can't fly the shuttle worth a damn

Once he realizes that he will run at best speed towards the ship using whatever cover is available. Once close enough Wolf will crawl to a good vantage point to get a good look before he just runs into the open.

Also question does the JC39 have a scope mounted, or a laser sight or just regular sights?? I kinda remember I think that laser sights were talked about once on Ash's weapons but do not remember the gest of that conversion.

There are no scopes or "special" sights listed and I do not remember Ody asking for one. I know I had the conversation with Albert on sights more than once.

Binoculars would be handy right now.

The JC is just the run of the mill combo shotgun / assault rifle. Built for fire fights and not snipping.

Now Asher's GRZ 1 is sighted as they generally are. A quick check of the weapon info Roger has sent before will show the weapons. I can send you a copy via email Albert if you need it.

Does anyone have a "Stunner" hidden on board?

Ash just got REAL twitchy seeing that lady get slapped and hauled up as a shield. With his favorite folks in trouble the boy may do something rash!!!!

The Stunner is out on the landing field and we are waiting on a post from her too.
