I'm not sure how the Cortex records may list it but both Wyatt and Asher were Sheriff for a short time. Even though Marshalls know many Sheriff's are not all that good Col. Sanders will know something of both of them. So they might get away with a little as sort of "Lawful" guys.

Plus so far in the game where have I had the opportunity to brawl or knife fight never. As far as using my pistols other then the mines and a few other times. But I just found out thanks to Obama care I will be possibly losing my Carelink medical financial assistance program. It’s what’s paid for my brain and shoulder surgeries. Since it’s a non-insurance type program, thanks to Obama’s ‘care’ plan for everyone in the US to have some type of medical insurance. The Carelink program may be forced to close down. Then the only thing left for me is Medicare due to my disability and that’s another total pain in the ass.
