I never did do a full write up as we mostly talked about Willow's history over Christmas, and then i sent an email to Bromern about how Willow joined the crew...which i don't have anymore either...sigh

Might have to re-size a couple and I know, after seeing Brom's rendering of the crew, that I have some adjustments to make to Wyatt's pic, but the crew pics as they stand right now have been added to the sheets.

Also, since I was made privy to the initial exchanges between Brom and Lysk re: how Kora joined the crew, I posted what I had of that collab in the backhistory thread... I oughta write up Sam's reaction to having an ex-browncoat "spook" show up on Rocinante...

Due to Easter Sunday being a family get together type of day and the fact that I am off on Monday, I will be delaying posting until then. Unless I hear otherwise, I will assume that Kora will work on fixing ship, Wyatt and Sam will head out to meet and greet, and Willow and Asher will go down to the infirmary to use the dermal mender. After Asher is feeling better, he'll catch up with Wyatt and Sam.

The crew's pretty solid at wearing multiple hats, so I hope I'm not offending anyone by leaving them out of the spitting contests right off the bat. Way Wyatt figures it, the Roc needs fixing... as much as he hates putting credits towards repairs, he don't like flying broke either. He hasn't discounted Kora's usefulness in a fight, nor Willow's usefulness in a negotiation, but he isn't about to put the Doc at risk until he knows the lay of the land.

Sam and Ash... well, gunslinging is kinda their gig. So getting shot at ain't so taboo in Wyatt's mind when the two of them are with him.

Kora knows her primary function is 'engineer' but is willing to oblige in any capacity as needed.

btw...AL...that's one heck of a family...Lenny, Penny, Denny etc etc etc.... They wouldn't be from Kentucky now would they?

Eol, it would be most interesting to see Sam's reaction to the "browncoat spook" when she first arrived.

Any of you who have read the rules can help me out here. have I missed something or is the rulebook a little vague on fixing damage caused to a ship? There is a whole section on fixing up people (which is also pretty vague)but I don't see anything in the rules about fixing the damage caused by rockets, meteors or flying ice.

...Al beats me to posting today, Sam will be wearing his ballistic mesh, carrying his Avenger, both derringers, a shot gun and a couple of flashbangs, please.

Since Kora will stay on the ship she will not strap on a gun but will add her combat knife to her belt...doubles as a handy dandy screw driver, can opener, wire stripper and apple peeler. Ronco sells them for $49.95 but hers was 'free'...compliments of the corps.

Is someone going to tell the captain about the Kitty? Or is everyone afraid that Sam or him will shoot it?

My last post goes on the assumption that neither Ash nor Kora actually said anything about there being a kitten running loose on board but there is room to work such a revelation in... backposts and edits as necessary.

As I said in my post, the kitty part can be backposted, as I doubt Sam and Wyatt will stop their actions due to a fuzzy stowaway.

OOPS! Almost forgot... no, the fact that a li'l fuzzy's scamperin' about ain't gonna keep Sam from wantin' to get this job done and cut loose from the comet... just wanted to let it be known I was going on the assumption that it wasn't mentioned to Sam.

There's nothing in the book pertaining to repairs on the ship that I can find. Maybe they thought it would be covered in the monthly maintenance. Maybe they figured you'd take it and treat a mechanic's fix-it rate like a docs... don't know. The call's yours as far as I can tell.

And you're right; Wyatt ain't gonna hold off on business cause some ruttin' cat's aboard the Roc. After all, airlocks are a handy way of gettin' rid of stow-aways...
