Topic: Loaded Dice #52: Props to William Shatner Subject: Cursed dice--I know them only too well
My dice-rolling foibles contributed greatly to my choice to DM rather than be a player. Hey, at least he didn't chuck the d20 blindly (I'm known to do that). I've had that "KHANN!" moment too many times. Still managed to laugh, though. The last silhouetted panel was a great touch.
Faustus' player's expression during the "I'll try not to die" panel was again spot-on.
I like both logos, but am embracing this change completely! Hmm, given the choice for a possible t-shirt design, the new one is better I think.

My friend, you need a face mask! PM for any and all advice, okay? *shakes hand vigorously* (Edit: Ninja'd by a Newbie! That's an Applaud!)
Well, by way of Welcome to Red Dragon Inn, here's your complementary stein of spiced mead *clink!* Cheers! And, I would feel remiss if I didn't offer ya these as well! *presents bouquet of flowers*
Darn, Ody beat me to the punch about warning ya about not feeding Grugg and watching out for The Infamous FaceLick. *hands towel* keep it handy--it's relevance should be apparent early next week. I suppose all that's left is to let you know most of us at RDI treat this as our home-away-from-home in these digital realms, so Be Kind, Rewind--no, wait, that's not it. Give a Hoot, Don't Pollute! MMmmm, closer to the point, but noooo. Hey, just have fun, behave yourself or Grugg may eat you, (he gets really hungry sometimes) and VOTE, yes Vote for the Inn at the home page it would mean sooo much to me, really. Please check out the staff blogs, read the Terms and Conditions (es muy importante, comprende?) and do check out our resident webcomics.
So good to have you aboard!!!

I am "arch-challenged" myself, QS. Wore orthotics from first grade through junior high, then I just quit using them. The new Dr. Scholl's supports--the ones you see advertised along with the whiz-bang symptom analyzer machine--go for $50. If you go that route, make sure you test yourself more than once. It's awful tricky, and the whole process has about five different steps.

I typically abide by DW's findings, however I may futilely disagree at times.

Are we at least agreed on the No RDI t-shirt=slack monkey issue? I mean, it IS in the dress-code bylaws, right?
Hmmm--Vampire Ninjas would starve against Ghost Pirates (no blood, derp!). Pirates, Ghost or otherwise, have guns (crappy inaccurate single-shot guns, but guns all the same).
Arrgh, somebody get in touch with Spike TV and demand Deadliest Warrior settle this long-standing query through empirical use of computer combat simulation!
(Edit: Where's my PHB2? and my Complete Warrior--I'm lookin' this up, daggummit!)

I see the next topic of Myth Breakers--who would win, Ninja or Pirate? Oh, and what if the Pirates were Ghost Pirates, and the Ninjas were Vampire Ninjas.
I'm so glad not all tabletop players look/act like that sad and tragic fellow in Panel 2. It's called shampoo--it is super effective! Sunlight in moderate doses is _beneficial_, too! And, by the way, where is your Red Dragon Inn t-shirt, slack-monkey?!

Do we also need Iodine and Mercurochrome (Google it, young'uns)? No? Good! Mercurochrome is the veritable blood of Graz'zt Demon Prince and IT BURRNNSS USSS! Tricksy Nana puts the evil demon blood on our cutses and scrapses and makes us cry!
Yes, Grugg, it helps tremendously to know the reasons behind Smites and Applauds. I can't emphasize that enough (mainly because I have no skills in HTML formatting). Show us lowly ones the path to Salvation or Damnation, O Hungry One!
