You have all the knowledge of the universe. The downside is you acquired all this brainyness by ascending to godhood as Burglekutt the Bountiful, patron deity of canned peas. Does anyone out there actually like canned peas with their stench of cat pee and consistency of spoiled baby food? Nah I thought not. So you have become a god of something nobody likes and nobody prays to you and very quickly you start resembling Jeremy the Nowhere Man from the Beatles' Yellow Submarine. "Ad hoc, ad loc, quid pro quo--so little time, so much to know!"

I wish for the power to control weather.

(It has been a week, and my wish goes uncorrupted. I am sad.)

It spits out a Berserk Flesh Golem ("I attempt to Turn Undead. No?? Craapp!)

I feed it my stuffed animal collection. (as in, cute fuzzy toys, not previously living critters' heads on the wall)

Yeah, silk definitely. It may be harder to care for, but it can keep you warm and it still breathes and isn't nearly as flammable as satin. Satin's just too slippery.

(kinda feel like I need to recover my man card for posting that)

Okay which would you rather not face evil Dwarves or evil Halflings!

I'm serious, guys if it wasn't for Mr. C I'd be one of the invisible no-posters instead of a smiling slice of the Nine Hells. Thank you for everything, guy!!

Subject: No, not really

It's just that I greatly prefer chewing over drinking a meal. I know that there are some legitimate medical conditions requiring pureed or liquified foods, like when Dad was recovering from throat cancer, but for me the simple act of chewing is just inseparable from the enjoyment of a meal.

Subject: Quirky(?) idea for a program

Programmers, Ahoy!

I have no real programming expertise, but I would like somehow to have the ability to scan my Dungeon Tiles into my computer and then manipulate them in a dungeon-building application. The app would have to be able to identify each tile separately as well as rotate and copy tiles.

*sigh* or maybe I just don't want to shell out 40 ducats for Dunjinni which I've heard is just digital fantastic.

I like chewing! I like the visceral feeling of chewing solid food! It's one of the perks to having a decent dental plan. Chewing is awesome. Chewbacca is awesome. Chewing on Chewbacca results in arms ripped unceremoniously out of sockets and is by definition not awesome. Not recommended. Ever. Drinking a thanksgiving dinner, is likewise not awesome as chewing. I don't care if it's a ninja turkey I'd rather chew than drink and am ever so thankful I can.

(You can PM about ninja turkeys if you want the full scoop)

Topic: Corrupt a wish
Subject: Granted

However, in the process of granting your wish, the addle-pated Djinn takes you far back in time and transforms you into an Orkan (from that early 80's show "Mork and Mindy," in case you young'uns didn't catch the reference. P.F.) and now you are an old, wrinkly, six foot tall Orkan baby. Having just hatched from your egg, you begin life anew and adopt the custom of sitting on your head, wondering why eggs don't fly and chanting Nanu-Nanu.

"Orson, come in, Orson. Ion calling Orson. Come in, Orson."
Ahh, it's nice sometimes to be on the upper end of age categories.

Okay, I wish to invent the Next Big Thing. You know, like the Zune (Hah!)
(quick personal note: I actually sold a limited edition Halo 2 Zune to a guy when I worked at GameStop. I could only stare in wonder.)

Polar Bear since it has a more varied diet. I just couldn't stand the thought of eating eucalyptus leaves and only eucalyptus leaves every stinkin' day.

I think we're getting awfully close to inventing liquid buttys. To boldly go where no butty has gone before!
