The 3rd Level Eldritch Knight that I recommened to dragon-soul [who wanted to be able to cast spells & shoot a bow & arrow] after we PMed some choices back & forth

A few details from the two posts up.  (Hammer's are a bit more open ended and will get more treatment later.)   This is just so you can respond to it if you want before my next post.

Clement Botkin is the Lord.  His grandson is Volkmer Botkin.

The Lord (Clement in name, but likely Volkmer in deed.) isn't putting together a militia, but seems to be willing to hire people to look into the raids.  But no town militia going.  But yeah, they have a town militia in these parts!  Of course they do!

The twins mother lives in town.  The boys disappeared from a pasture when they were supposed to be bringing the cows in for the evening. 

There is a sheriff - named Erhardt.  He lives in and has an office in the town, not in the keep.

So, just checking to see where everyone is at? We're a day past a week since Nomad's last post and we have less than half of the crew so far with a response post.

I've decided to make Thäoran interact with Dok in my opening post, if that's alright.

EDIT: It may take me a day or two to write something up, but Dok is able to speak Elvish in spite of his Dwarven accentuations, so if Nomad wants to write that into his next DM Post that is okay with me!

Dok will endeavor to get to know what is troubling the Elf & will also share some of his backstory for a common bond

I overlooked the potential language barrier that could arise from elf and dwarf! Haha. Glad that Dok can speak elvish. I do have the spell 'Comprehend Languages' though, so Thäoran can understand any language spoken to him (think that's what it does). But looks like I don't need it with Dok.

And Thäoran will ask about Dok's past as well and ask why he is on this quest (if there is a personal reason).

Hiya, so last week we had major calamity hit at work which I was dealing with all weekend (not fun). Getting my head above water and will have a post up in the next few days. Apologies for the delay. This is an increasingly complex time for us all. 

I'll be updating shortly - hopefully today.  (Wednesday) Had a little delay since my wife needed a minor surgery (Frozen shoulder, nothing life-threatening, just painful.)  My plan is to update each weekend. 

Dragon-Soul - Everyone can speak "common" - so there is no language issue.  Plus, you will get a couple of languages to know - that is one of those details I'll be workign out with you in the next day.

Dok will be sharing with Thor about his background & call by audible voice that said: 'Botkinburg!"

I updated the game - not sure why on my machine it doesn't show up in the "Latest Updated" lists.

Weird... Ok Talked to Mischief she apologies for not yet posting but should have something up tonight or 2 morrow for sure.
