It's a core class in the Players handbook II

From the discussions I've read on the class they've actually ranged from calling it mostl underbalanced to balanced.

The spells max at 5th level, and are very limited, primarily to touch based spells. It's pretty comparable to a spellthief in the mage thief merger..

I just pictured a dwarf a bit more gung-ho...so I chose this...

Tabletopped a 5th DB vs a 5th fighter and a 5th wizard... lost to wizard but beat fighter...but frankly I believe that was Thondrek's +4 constitution and a lucky crit credited with victory.
Stats rolled came from RDI's own dice roller
Anyways, I thought a new race and a new class I've never tried would be a neat way to herald my return.

Get back to me with your thoughts.

"We have the shield." Orion said inbetween his raven caws. As the reunited Teros stood amongst them the raven flew over and landed on the desert man's shoulder. "It bode's well that the desert should send a fine soldier to our aid when we would surely have been buried beneath it. It is good to have you with us again once more."

Looking down at the shield, Scourge noted the ancient language, but could not decipher it, perhaps a spell would aid in revealing its inscription, but he currently did not have the one needed for the task.

"I suppose the question now is do we insert the shield, and deal with whatever may come from it? Or... do we descend down the other path of mystery, that we may find yet more wonders or danger?"

Ruffling his feathers, Scourge moved to the entranceway of the currently unexplored hallway, his Daylight effect being focused down the hallway. Though he didn't speak, he would stand the vigil of watch until a decision had been made.

Topic: Memorable NPCs?
Subject: Memorable NPCS...

Herman was great, even moreso when I managed to convince said shed into my barbarian's exotic mount!... What good fun, although terribly short lived.

GreyGrey, previously known as Greysorcerer, had introduced Aetlantea some years ago, and that's where I first introduced Kaelyn, my namesake to RDI.

In it, he was an orphaned vagrant who dabbled in a little magic and a little thievery, whatever would give him a one-up on the other street urchins of the area.

Anyways, as the game progressed, he was slowly manipulated by the unseen hands of a evil priest named Dharvor, who was just.. plain.. EVIL!...

He was so cool and collected, and kidnapped my SISTER!!! and through her forced kaelyn down the path of well, the dark side..

hmm Aetlantea to LOTDJ?... not so far a jump of the imagination lol..

Anyways, he was a very memorable NPC for me.

His H&K loaded and ready it was time to finally put some positive progress into this run, because up till now they'd been a group of slum chummers with less luck than a one parapalegic gato in a fist fight.

Flanking Jaimy, for she was the voice behind this meet, 'leader' or not, it was she who the contact would recognize or at least engage in conversation until Croaker took over. Sweeping his duster out behind him, and letting his wide brimmed gunslinger's hat tilt in just the right John Wayne fashion, he rimmed the edge between thumb and forefinger before sliding the safety into the 'off' position with an audible click.

"Let's saddle up, and try to keep the animals from gettin rowdy."

(ooc: blast the old post was longer, but i can't remember exactly what i had)

I just got into my first Star Wars game with Admiral, playing a Miralukian Seer/Jedi Consular. Though we havn't gone far, the concept is really interesting and fun to play. Due to my lack of time I won't submit a charrie now, but I'll definately lurk, and perhaps in the future, I'll place a bid for an addition down the line.
