Topic: Inconceivable Crusaders Q&A
Subject: LOL

My character isn't a non-do-gooder, he followers his emotions so hopefully the pal will understand that. My character is tolerating the half-orcs for the moment but they'll have to be careful and he would have made this clear to them.

The starting location is perfect to fit in with my characters history and his tribes location, I could thank you but it was coincidence so thanks to fate or luck or whatever.

I await the first game post with baited breath.

Subject: magic

The magic system does suck in 4e, and as I've played 2e and 3e+3.5e i can say their not that great.

The few spells at will are good but apart from that it's not worth mentioning.

Magic items are admittedly too powerful in 3e as well so not being able to make them is good.

And as for comparisons, you've got it pretty much spot on. Lets keep D&D for the creative, intellectual part of the world.

Torchwood WILL restart, Martha will join from Dr. Who and become the medic, remember her from the one about death?

It will continues, it's a spin off from a highly popular TV program and it puts their ratings through the roof, it's just too good to stop making it.

I also know this cos my dad works in the BBC

Okron, I have sent you an excel version of my character, please egnore my preliminary character sheet that I sent to you vial PM, the one I sent via email is far more detailed, I found some mistakes in the PMed one, the excel one has some descriptions in as well.

I'll give you a brief description of him now.

Dressed in a mithral shirt Drassarr has well earned his nick name, Drasssarr the Untouchable, he flits around his opponents flanking them dodging almost every blow aimed at him.

Apart from his Mithral Shirt, his long and extraordinary sharp Elven blade, his skill at moving around the battlefield with such a minimum of danger to himself, brown fur covering his entire body Drassarr is unremarkable.

^ my fav word that, it drives a lot of people up the wall.

You need to create a character sheet, you can see some complicated ones in other recruitment threads or there is a rather complex one in the vault.

As the DM/GM isn't here I'll have to say it, there are 7 out of 6 players wanting in.

As far as I know soup and Abraxis have just stated interest so I'm assuming neither of you have a character in, welcome to the jungle, it's a race for you two now.

I won't judge you for it and I hope no one else here will, I hope that we are in a very forgiving community here but my smite total might disprove that.

I am interested in your planescape game mainly because I don't know what planescape is, maybe you could enlighten me.

I think I speak for many when I ask, 'What were you in prision for?'

I'm sorry, I don't have any games under the starters orders at the moment though, the inn is generaly being a bit slow unfortunatly, maybe you can get things going a bit more.

Topic: Why'd You Choose Your Avatar?
Subject: Hum

As some of you know I reformed myself a wile ago, I was TheRealStGeorge and had a image of St. G but that would not do now.

I wanted one that reflected both my darker side and the darker side of my character, and so I decided I wanted a drow, specifically a drow sorcerer. I found one.

Topic: Star Wars: The Outer Rim
Subject: Combat:- First Round Results, Droids Second Round

Lelain ducks one of the droids shots but gets hit on the shoulder by the second droids shot (Take 6 damage) and instinctively darts behind one of the A-9s as he, in turn, shoots one of the droids, he was aiming for one in the front row but the bolt impacts on the middle on in the second rank incapasitating it as it falls over backwards.
(Little god moving but I needed to get you out of the firing line a bit)

The third droid fires upon Quilia but misses quite spectacularly at roughly the same time as Quilia makes his shot, expertly targeting where the droids battery shutting it down.

Kate makes a 'run' for the port by the hanger blast door but finds that it will open the door but their is an impressive firewall stopping her, it might take a wile for her to find a second way in using the same port. The droids don't target her, they don't seem to recognize her as a possible threat, maybe they've been programmed not to target other droids, but surly that would be a major floor in an improved battle droid.

The droids advance forward filling the gap in the first rank as they move forming an L shaped (reflect it then turn it 90 degrees clockwise) formation, the two on the end shoot Lelain, both hitting him, one in the chest and the other on the leg. (Take 14 damage)
The other two shoot Quilia, one one brushing his right hand, it's still painful enough for him to drop his gun from shock though. (Take 9 damage)

My character is in and styke's is finished, he should send his in soon.

I rolled very lucky and will probably end up not being so lucky in combat, the history will follow but it would be nice to know a little about the immediate area that were starting in.

If I get my intended race then my character will be very emotionally governed so plenty of opportunity to wind him up and even more to make up in the end

I won't make your character an NPC, he'll just enter the game later in the time line, that's all.

I want him to ask question and explore and you need to do that so I don't give out any info your character wouldn't go looking for, if any.

But no presure on you to post yet, most of the action is happening in the hanger so your posts can be quite broard for the moment.
