State the obvious grugg, I was wondering, how is my character viewed by the mining companies and is there anything else he knows that I don't know?

The online tools look good but there is no way I'm paying for them.

I say ignore WotC, pick your fav edition and alter the rules until you like them.

Kavtan can just here the conversation being held by the two Jedi and immediately grabs the medpack from his belt, unclasping it with ease and yells to the Jedi master, guessing he's the master of cause but from certain factors about him Kavtan is pretty sure,
"Jedi, take this."
and throws him the medpack making sure it clears the flames and that he can catch it. Once this is done he turns back to the ongoing battle with the fire but he was slowly coming to a realisation, this fire was getting ever closer to the fuel tanks and engine and they could only control it for so long, he made a mental note to withdraw from the fire as soon as the pilots were saved and the other passengers were out the way.
"It's no use,"
he yelled over the flames to anyone who would listen
,b."someone must have called the emergency services by now and these extinguishers are running out, as soon as the pilots are safe we'll have to withdraw."

At that moment his mind also lost interest in what he was doing, this was boring work and he lived for interesting work, he thought of his small home-made explosive in his room and of the stolen credits he had used to make it, he had changed the amount on his credit chip using his computer tools so that he could afford it, anyway, it wasn't life he was steeling and it was in the name of discovery, it had only been 10 credits and worth it, he had discovered two things even though he didn't intend to do one of them again. Concentration slipping it was a struggle to keep at the job in hand but he had too or lives would be put into danger.

I just think I should tell you that I'll only be able to post on this game on Mondays, Tuesdays and at the weekends as with all my other games from now on. Posting quality wont drop but you'll have 3 days without me posting mid-week.

Also, I am able to change the amount on a credit chip, will you set a limit on this amount Lou or just going to advise me not to do it too much?

Thank you,

Kavtan had dwindled the flames enough to see the passengers by this point, although he still worked he registered some basic information about them, there was a Rodian female and child, a middle-aged human, two Trandoshaus, possibly miners, and two of his own species as well as a female robed figure and a man in the same robes laying dead on the floor. He was then shocked to see the robed female draw a light saber and cut a hole in the side of the ship.

Kavtan couldn't help it, first the long forgotten, undetonated, frag grenade he had found in a speeder seat compartment. Needless to say the thing nearly took his hand off. Then the explosion and the fire but the hole in the side of the transit ship was too much, he let out an angry string of Durese words that roughly translated as ' You bantha brained Jedi, I'm not fixing that'. Of cause all the Jedi would be able to understand unless he spoke Durese was 'bantha' and 'Jedi' but that was still enough to get him into trouble. In any other situation the two Duros might have laughed at this but when there lives were in danger the insult couldn't copse them to laugh.

It was soon after this that he started to tackle the rest of the fire.

As he jogged towards the burning ship his brain was rapidly working on possibilities to help the people inside the ship, prepping the extinguisher as he moved his subconsciousness took rapid mental pictures of people of particular note. The cat-like female, a Cathar, that had caused a second extinguisher to fly into her hand (assuming she manages it) and the one who arrived with her, both in Jedi Starfighters, a Delta-7 Aethersprite class ship, he had worked on one before, only one but he never forgot. The noble, Cern Namor unless he was mistaken, he had met him before.

He had reached the craft with the device readied for use, being in the employ of Klebb meant that his first duty in a situation like this was to the customer, his second to himself and there for he decided on his cause of action. He took aim at the fire in the exit so that he could put it out, he knew full well that there was an emergency exit in the cockpit but that would take too long to open. He hoped he would get some help putting out the fire as it would take time, time the passengers were running out of, and he intended to get the passengers out as soon as possible.

(OCC: My two posts are over a long lengh of time, about half a minute (30 seconds or 5 rounds), I would not blame you for thinking I'm trying to steal the other characters thunder, or fire as the case happens to be, but I am not and will resist posting until you have covered a similar length of time.)

Due to the way Kavtan had grew up he had formed the ability concentrate on two things at once. The first of these things was listening at this current moment, he had not forgotten about the arrival of the Jedi and was listening intently for the tell-tell sounds of a reverse thrusters in his landing strip. In reality it wasn't his landing strip, it was Klebb's and he only happened to work there but he still thought of it as his. The landing stripe's owner, and the owner of the cantina addressed him on the matter of the Jedi, to which his response was a slow nod of acknowledgement as he stood up and turned around.

As he turned around a human passed him and sat at the stool he had just got up from, he was too busy contemplating his rate and what work might need doing, he hoped it would be challenging but not much was. His sub consious immediately took note of the humans stature, face, the way he walked and items he carried so that this man could be logged correctly in Kavtan's dairy, a self-built encrypted datapad and set of datacards.

Kavtan himself stood at just over 190 cm, maybe 193 or 194, and wore a blue grey overall similar to a pilot’s jump-suite, his head typical Duros shape with red silted eyes and tough boots on his feet, his long tapered fingers bare. At his waist a tool kit dangled and clunked next to an item similar to a light sabre but longer, about the length of the clubs used on more primitive planets and next to that a series of small pouches and innumerable clips right round the belt.

Halfway towards the door there was an explosion, he saw the incendiary devices cloud rise above the landing strip and acted immediately by breaking into a run and grabbing and clipping a medpack to his belt.

Racing out the cantina he could see the effect of the blast on the people in the immediate vicinity, it panicked them. They had good reason to be panicked as well, 3 weeks ago the city had been a war zone and the throngs of people believed the cease stop fire was over. Clearing his way through the throng of people the azure figure entered the landing strip to see passengers running from a transit ship that was on fire with its landing ramp in pieces and passengers inside. His red silted eyes taking everything in and his brain processing it.

Putting aside the other two ships he made a quick direction change and grabbed an extinguisher and jogged towards the burning craft to see how he could help.

Firstly, how far is Klebb’s Cantina from the landing strip? And how quickly can Kavtan get there if his speed is 10m?

Secondaly, would we, Kavtan and Lysander Orda, have heard anything about a possible attack?

What are Klebb's fire protocols? I'll need them before taking any action.

Thank you,

Once Septimus and the lady had finished asking questions he went to his cabin without a second word, he had killed again, he didn't like killing, and soon he found himself in his cabin. A small room with a comfortable enough bed, a chest to put his items in and a stout lock on the door which he used quickly, he then undressed, go into a set of conferable cotton robes and fell asleep almost instantly.

His night was a rough nigh, full of turbulence and fear and worries, oh how he worried. He heard footsteps outside and disregarded them, who ever it would could wait for the morning if they needed him. In fact, he wasn't sure weather he would leave his cabin in the morning, things were far simpler when he didn't have the monkey and it's girl friend to distract him and ask questions, he use to be in a position of unquestionable authority before he had started all this undercover work. At least the monkey was well trained.

The arrow sawed towards Acantha and into his shin but he hardly noticed, that was the way when casting spells, you had to say to yourself 'Yes, it dose hurt' but not try to push it out of your mind as that would disrupt the spell. His wolf companion had seen many fights like this and so he was unsurprised when he leapt from the bushes towards the goblins, but the grasses grabbed him and stopped his progress.

Once the spell was cast he drew his shortbow, he knew he was a poor shot but had little other choice, and moved around the edge of the camp until he could see the goblins round the campfire so he could have a clear shot at them.

As Septimus came at him he didn't step back, he lunged forward and caught him as he fell. What he had done Septimus must never know but he must know this. He helped Septimus to lay down, put his own head next to his friends and whispered.
"She sank yes, but none of her crew died, many of them wanted to but I ordered that they be taken to the mainland, there is a port city in Amn but has been taken by ogres, it's a pirate port and they were taken ashore there. They have dispersed among other ships but come together every anniversary of your death."
Before sitting down with his back to the side of the ship

Addressing Evani and ignoring the pain in his arm.
"We are running from Lantan, it is a war machine intent on attacking Amn. We must worn The Council of 6 in Athkatla, after that I don't know."

When Rex, his hired mercenary, came up to him he pushed his hand away, he wanted to be left alone but a lump had come to his throat so he couldn't say anything. When he did see what Rex was doing he steamed the flow and sat up so that Rex could use the herbs on his are but when it came to he ripping a piece of his cloak he stopped him and tore a piece from his shirt instead as his cloak, although bloodstained, could be washed and it had not been cut as it had slipped of his arm when he took his shot when the soldier made his attack.

Thanking Rex as he was helped to his feet but neglected help to walk over to the others.
"Thank you for following and having faith in me."
typical Shaben, his eyes running and arm bandaged up with a scrap of his own shirt but he could still give a speech
"Welcome aboard The Theurgeme, the captain is a good friend of mine, one of the many I have made on the mainland. Now, a confession, Septimus, you are ready for your return to the world I take it, unfortunately your ship is no longer your own. After your death it was found and the government took it, not long after that your crew stole it back in the hope that you would return. The ship was sunk, I was on the attack ship that sunk it, in-fact, I was the one who also signed the order, you see, if it stayed it remained a symbol of you and if I let it, um, survive there would have been an investigation and we would have been found out. Also, the Council of 6 will only let us have one gun each on the mainland, it was that or they turn us in as soon as we make birth."
Wiping a few tears from his eyes he finished and sat on the deck waiting for the questions to start streaming in.

Subject: Shaben

Shaben was too busy to hear the cries of the people he'd saved, his arm was getting evermore painful as he lost blood and the dark encroached and threatened to devour him. With what seemed like the last of his strength he laid down his musket and pulled out his dagger, a beautiful stiletto dagger with a leather handle and a long, straight, clean blade, and with that dagger he stabbed for the last man. His family's greatest treasure, an heirloom past down for generations from father to son dug its self into the mans hand and as the man screamed and let go of the cargo netting Shaben's grip let go of the dagger, it was unintentional that he let go of it and he fell to the deck sobbing as soon as he realised what had happened, to any on looker it would seem like he had been hit but something or that he morned the death of the men, it was not so, he cryed as he had dropped the last thing that his farther had ever given him. In his flop to the deck he also knocked the pistol from his belt and it fell into the water, another thing lost but the pistol could easily be replaced.
