What kind of food did the goblins have at there camp? (If my character saw any)

The female has a good point, he had been dazzled by the prospect of rescuing elves and blinded but his own desire for the hunt. He replied in soft slyvan
"Your right, I've been blinded by the hunt, you have obviously not experienced such a thing. I have been trailing them for most of the day and now it turns out that my efforts were waisted, how do you suggest that we rescue the elves, or do we condemn them to death or slavery."
Acantha took a look at the goblins, they were finishing there formation and in a hurried voice he says
"Lets retreat, well from the path and the camp."
His increasing worry was obvious, as he had said, the had 'hunted' this band of goblins for most of the day but now he felt like he was being hunted, it was not a pleasant experience.

He then falls back untill he can no longer see the light of the campfire, picks a handful of berries (7) berries he knows are safe to eat (OOC:-Survival skill, taking 10 result of 20) from a nearby bush, sits down and speaks some words and makes some strange hand gestures over the berries (OOC:-Goodberry spell) before eating one and putting the rest in a pocket in his lose cotton jacket.

(If the female killoren follows him he offers her one saying "Eat, it's good, i'll fill you up.")

Thats a very adult comment, I thank you for it but I don't think that a dipplomacy check would be able to get a girl to fancy you. Anyway our characters currently have opposing views and are out numbared 17 to 2.

I have rolled 2d4 for the good berry spell and got a result of 7, I hope you don't mind.

The female touched his arm to get his attention, he was glad she did. Five of the goblins had began to form ranks, this was no rabble of a raiding party like he had fought before, these were organised and this made his plan useless, to be honest it wasn't a plan, more of a strategy that had worked before and as of that he decided that the only way to free the elves and get away with there lives was to take the aggrieve side of the battle.

Turning to the female he said in bitter, hushed, sylvan
"They're well organised, that's probably a scouting party after your light, either that or they've found us."
Calming his tone to the norm he continued
The only way us and the elves are going to escape alive is if we wait untill that group has gone, then we can quickly strike, free the elves and run. They wont burn down a forest in search of two killoren's and a pair of elves. She the female one, she has already freed her hands.

Hoping amongst hope that she would listen and thinking on how to snare the search party when they had left the camp.

Subject: Still

The male was suddenly still, he had noticed movement from one of the elves, it took him a short time to see what was happening but sure enough he saw it. The female elf was trying to untie herself, slowly testing the knots and her wrists. He whispered to the female killoren
"We may not need to do much, the female elf, you see her, she's trying to escape. If she dose then we need not intervene, hopefully they will run and simply tell that the elves escaped."
He knew it a better plan, but for some reason he felt he must justify himself to the female. Regardless of what he said he still kept his bow ready to shoot any goblin that might threaten the elf as she wriggled free, he knew to ambush, it was part of the law of nature, not a plan.

This mind was eased but this action by the elf, if she died in her own attempt at escape it would not lay on his conscience. A life was a life and if lost through carelessness then so be it, that was also natures was.

(OOC: Making spot checks, +5, to locate threats to the elves.)

Subject: I know

The male killoren turned again and gave the best response he could whist anticipating the females thoughts as well as he could
"I know what your thinking, about the balance. But I had a vision and I believe the balance is about to change, a life if a life but I value an elves life more then a goblins life."
He tuned his head quickly to survey the scene to check on the elves but continued his discussion.
"I don't remember much but there were two black skoarn, and black skoarn are never good. I don't now what they plan but I am sure that it will not end well for us."
He uses 'us' in a much broader sense then himself and the female though, or even the killoren race, but it seems to encompass the whole of the wood.

This young killoren, so rapped up in the actions of men and goblins and elves. Anger has surly clouded his vision and lead him to such conclusions, a pitiful site to any killoren to see a second talk about killing so lightly. And then valuing a life, surly isn't that a more human thing.

Shaben's reply was simple as his face seemed to age by the minute.
"No, I have arranged this for tomorrow. If we miss this we will not escape. This is why I didn't want anybody to know."
At that Shaben turned, he was calm and composed in the face of seemly almost death. But he was able to stay in this state because of Septimus' support of him. He knew he had it but it was different hearing it from him. It inspired him to turn and make one more statement.
"On the ship I can speak freely and you can ask me anything and I will give you the truth, there is a war to come and we must stay out its way untill the opportune moment."
This last effort he could muster and starved with lack sleep he stumbled back to his room and flopped to sleep on his bed, he didn't even notice the thin ghostly figure standing in the corner, but of cause he was the only one that can.

With the meeting coming to what seemed a natural end, thought knew that Taden's leaving was her fault she stood up and made her way to the door, just before going through it she turned and said the reminder of the group.
"I'll see you tomorrow morning, none of us are on duty then so if there and if anything worth wile discussing or bring up that the exploration of the woods we can talk about it here, if not then I don't see any need."

Turning back to Riva she said,
"Before we go I need to attend to something in town. A man gave me this necklace"
she indicates to the one she is wearing
and I need to go to cathedral so I can find out what it's properties are. I'll meet you at the gate."
And she proceeds out the door and down to the cathedral, hoping someone there would be able to tell her the enchantment on her necklace.

Back at his chosen ambush place you can see a wolf, no bigger or ferocious then normal. But still, a wolf could make a deadly opponent. As you approach it bares it's teeth at you and gives a low growl.

At that point 'the other one' asks it to stay quiet and addresses you.
"Elves are the old guardians of the forest and the original children of the mother, we must do all we can to help them."
He turns back to the goblins, his features etched with loss, and says solemnly
"Goblins brunt my home, I will not hunt them but neither will I show them mercy. The land will catch them then we can kill them."

Shaben couldn't sleep. He had tossed and turned but he was haunted and couldn't sleep. The memory of his past deeds lay thick on his mind and he could recall them all.

He heard the conversation outside and stepped in.
"But all kings have help every now and then don't they Septimus."

Shaben hadn't slept and he looked it and as you observe this man, so much in contrast with the one that claimed out the carriage yesterday he continued.
"Evani, you are right. But neither of you have any idea. The government has developed a special solvent, they can track it. All registered ships are coated with it, that is why we must wight for the ship tomorrow."

Topic: Drakehorde: Daggers in the Night
Subject: Acantha

It was earlier that day that Acantha had witnessed foul deeds by a goblin raiders, they had surrounded a band of elves and promptly killed all but three. If it had been humans he would of taken no action at all, but elves are children of nature much like himself and he feels bound to help them when they need it.

He decided to hide and pursue them. He had been following them all day before they stopped for the night. Whist he was watching one of the remaining elves had been left to bleed to death, a sin these creatures would pay for.

Acantha hadn't been watching long when the light of a torch caught his eye, he willed it not to be more goblins and he was relived to see it was one of his own. He made his was to the path and when he was close enough he quietly but urgently said
“Quickly! You must douse the torch and follow me! These roads are not safe on this eve.”

The response he got was slightly less then he wanted but at least she had doused the flame. His own whispered response to this was
"Goblins, they have captured some elves.”
As he spoke he drew his bow and an arrow and made careful not to point it at his new companion.
”One has already died and we must save the remaining two. Now, follow me into the bushes."
He was pleased to see that she was currently manifesting the aspect of the hunter, that would make it easier, and hoped that she would follow him through the bushes to his chosen ambush place, the hunt was almost concluded, and the glee of it showed in his eyes.

He would be glad of it if she followed him but did not intend to let the two elves die, when he had returned to his ambush spot he saw that one, maybe both of the elves were now conscious, a plan formed in his minds eye.

Topic: Drakenhorde Q&A
Subject: Acantha (A-can-tha)

Get acquainted, this is my character but this is only a brief overview.

Background
Acantha, killoren do not get given names, they earn them. As a killoren get to maturity they gain the right to name themselves. Acantha chose his name over a period of some days before he settled for one and although he doesn’t know it his chosen name reflects his nature. Shortly after maturity he sensed that there would be a change in the balance of things, a change for the worse, one that would cause many bleak days.

He doesn’t know how he knew this, all he knew was that it come to him in a night-picture, the killoren have no single name for dream, in which two black scaled people planed a great and terrible war. And as a result of this ‘night-picture’ he set out to learn as many secrets of the wild places as he could in preparation to fight these black scaled people. Yes, he intended to fight, no one knew why the killoren had come to this land but one thing that was clear to Acantha was that he must preserve what balance remained.

To insure that he is always prepared he constantly manifests the aspect of the hunter and as a result he constantly has deep green eyes and hair. Also in this state he believes history to be irrelevant and the only thing of importance is the present.

Appearance
This creature standing before you at exactly 6 foot tall has deep green eyes, a common trait among humans, but also, strangely enough, deep green hair also. His skin, if you could call it that, is an odd mottled green, not a set colour all over but rather different shades and tones that seem to constantly changes the sun plays over it. This appearance is generally un-nerving to any human who meats a killoren, even those who have regular contact with them, and at his side hangs a simple club and a quiver of 10 arrows. Across his back is a short bow and over his chest is a suite of leather armour.

AS DM

You follow this strange lady down the hall keeping in the shadows as much as you can. As you follow her down stairs the bottom creaks sightly and you can feel your heart pound faster then it ever had before, but the lady seemed not to have noticed and continues outside.
You make your way across the floor avoiding anything that might cause you to make a slightest nose, as you get outside you see the full moon in an almost cloudless sky, you see the ocean raising and falling like a great slumbering beast and you see a ship moored in harbour. But you see no elven lady.
