I wont god mood and take over your characters but I will give you hints.

1) Evani really shouldn't have got blood on her dress so now you need to find her a new one.

2) You need to find Mr. Crofsand, I recommend trying to ask some guards or going into the under-world of the city.

3) Guns, as you have discovered, are not reconised as a weapon on the main land, at all. Find yourselves some new weapons as a broken broom wont be much help in a fight. And don't say you have guns as they can miss-fire causing problems and you can run out of bullets or your gunpowder could get wet.

I'd love to start, my SW game is failing and I've had to drop out of a free-form cos of character problems.

Something to do would be nice.

Sorry Lou, I've tried my best to get a character together but I can't do it. I have no idea what to write for his history and no idea what to make him like.

I'm having some strange sort of block where whenever I sit down I don't know how to make him and when I do have something together I look over it the next day and try to start over again.

I can't get my idea's together over this, I don't know what it is but I'm going to have to drop out. I can only play a charter if I like the idea behind him.

I'm dropping out, you still have 4 players, that's enough isn't it.

You having my character for Monday is a distinct impossibility, you shall have him between Tuesday or Wednesday as I'm at my dads this weekend.

PS: can my character have a son and his son be in the 13th legion, I won't control him and he wont be in the 10th cohort, I just thought it would add a bit more colour, or color as you Americans insist on spelling it.

Just to clarify what the 13th legion was doing during the events past in this year.

March — Siege and capture of Avaricum
April–May — Siege and repulse from Gergovia
July — Battle of the Vingeanne
July — Siege of Alesia

Were our characters involved in these events, if so what were they doing during it?
If not, what were we doing instead of having the honor of fighting in them?

Subject: Rhetti Hall

It was visible as soon as the trio walked a few hundred feet on main street. It was a monolithic building, standing int he center of Dom-Rhett spaceport. It was right in the middle of the territory of the two guilds, standing like some kind of massive palace. By looking for Rhetti Hall, one could tell depending on which side of the building they could see on which side of guild territory they were on. With ornate pillars and steps leading to a set of great, silver double-doors, the hall was definitely the only facility in sight that seemed to command respect...

Kavtan had seen it before, when he was old enough to roam the city by himself he had found himself intrigued by Rhetti Hall, it was magnificent with it's doors and pillars and those steps leading to the doors. The symbol of power and wealth gone slightly mad, admittedly it was for the arts so he couldn't argue with it but it was wealth gone mad.

They were greeted by a protocol droid, D-1JO, he was unfamiliar with this type of droid, he would have to ask to have a look at it later, but one did not request to dismantle one's host's droid over a posh shin dig. They were led through the building into a hall, there were a lot of doors, closed doors, doors that might hide something, doors that merited investigation. But investigation at a later date.

They was greeted by Namor, or the two Jedi were. He had used ridiculuos amounts of gel in his hair and his robes were ugly, neon blue, with tassels, he almost laughed, he very well might have let a snicker go as Namor addressed him then.
"And you, good sir," (he pointed as Kavtan) "Your name seems to have slipped my mind. Excellent job today."
All he could do was smile slightly and mutter something about just doing his job, it was very possibly incredible but he didn't mind too much as he hadn't been paying much interest to what Namor was saying before that.

They entered the dinning room, this was going to be interesting

Character Advancement:- Make your character at level one then level them up one at a time as you would if you had actually played them up to that level.

More game info,

To roll your stats roll 4d6, re-roll 1's and drop the lowest.

You can play droid characters but I don't want an entire droid group, I have one droid already.

The men react badly to Evani talking to them, they had a laugh at it and didn't answer but there worded response was this.
"So you can stay quiet and less harm will come to you then.
As she grabbed one of them and held the gun to him the others did not recognize it as a weapon, on Lantan they would have known but here they didn't.

They just laughed at her demands, including the one she held who even joked about 'this one being a feisty lass'. On Septimus' appearance they fled, they had not seen him before but he was the stuff of legend. They knew of his past and word that he was returning had preceded him, him, the one who cheated death, the one who escaped Lantan unscathed, he, the very man who had let his rescuer be taken by The Emerald Enclave.

The one Evani had stayed still, it was best he didn't struggle though he didn't know why. She killed him in her arms. The dress was ruined.

Thanks for the invite Cap'n Lou but I'm not much of a free from player, it looks interesting and i'll be following it but it's not the game for me, however interesting it might be.

I will however be keeping a special eye on public health, army health and medicine as ancient medicines are a bit of a fascination for me and just having taken an exam in Roman Public Health and Medicine.

Remember at this time doctors are free to all citizens of Rome, although they are Greek slaves, and public health is paramount as the Roman army relays on conscription, Roman army camps have bath houses, gymnasiums, toilets with running water and are never situated near a swamp or other unhealthy environment.

(OOC: I shouldn't be on now but what the heck)

Si-Di was responding to what he had said, he wasn't paying too much attention though, it was the reaction he thought he would get, an almost dismissive one but tinted with the hope that this 'dubious' information could help. He didn't see much point in saying that although probably hard to get what information they would get would most likely be accurate, any way, she was watching the sun set, it was spectacular but he had grown up with it, it was normality to him.

“Kavtan,” she asked, “I am sure you know where we can find the Administrator.. please lead on.”

Pleased that he could be more help he silently led on wondering about what he would be eating for the first time in his life since childhood.

Subject: Sun Set

As the sun started to set on Dathu Kavtan's conversation turned to the dark underbelly of the city. It was highly possible that someone in the underworld knew something of what had happened, Kavtan himself wasn't well connected with any of that type but he had done them favours in the past, mainly repairing there ships for a minimal price and keeping the repairs he did off record. He had once been asked to construct a thing once or twice, a specially encrypted comm link, some electrical device of some sorts, he had even been asked to build a bomb but had refused.

As it turned out Si-Di was interested in talking, but it would have to wait for later as Cern wanted them for dinner, he hadn't said when but it must be soon. He stopped her walking and began to talk.
"Si-Di, the cantina isn't the best place, we would have to find somewhere without so many ears but outside is a gooder place as any"
he was talking about both kinds
"but it concerns information and the gather of. Seeing that we lost the arcona they can't be questioned easily. Y’Ssar is a master of red tape. No, you need underground information, I do not know how to get it and I'm not the one to go looking for it, we need to find someone who can."

He spoke from experience, once he had been but half-an-hour late in his service for a vertical and not only was he not paid but was demanded to pay compensation, of cause worse things can happen if your late but the pay for your work is enough. At that point he saw Ninkanna get up from her meditation and decided he would join her on her walk to dinner, he wanted to learn as much as he could about the Jedi and thought a diplomat would be more informed about the history of the Jedi then an effective soldier.

Subject: Explosives

Kavtan had noticed what the Jedi were doing, this was odd. The fact that he found their activities more... interesting then his diary. There was something about these two, he had regarded them as only keepers of the peace untill now, admittedly they still were but now, they were somehow more then that. And somehow he knew that he was intertwined with this now, whatever it might be, how he knew this he wasn't sure but he knew he could help a bit.

“Kavtan,” Si-Di said walking up to him, “Have you found any evidence about what type of explosive was used? Was it planted? A rocket? Anything at all might help.”

His first reaction was to ask what that strange crystal was, a power-source of some kind but he did not know what it might be for.

"No," was Kavtan's answer in somber tones "what every it was decimated the craft and all evidence of what it was." he was avoiding finding the scraps of flesh, that would not go in his diary.
"If it was a bomb it must have been placed and concealed by an expert for that amount of damage or if it was a missile, I don't know how it would have been, but if it was a missile then it must have been a professional job."

Having given his report there was nothing more he could say, he could only think that, as he serviced several bounty hunter's and smuggler's ships, he could try to contact someone in the underworld for assistance. If he did thought he wouldn't be able to take the Jedi and it would cost, but if he had the backing of the Jedi it might not hurt 'his' chip.

"Might I ask what that powercell is for? If it is a powercell, I have never seen one like it before."
He asked making casual conversation
"Could you sit down, I need to ask you something."

Subject: Notes

Sitting on the bench was hard, yet he was too deep in his diary to notice it. He was carefully accessing precise memories and details of what happened that he had used his subconscious to remember, any distraction now could cost him all of them. Not that he hadn't done it before, he had sat on this very bench not a week ago when a small fire had started on the landing strip, Klebb knew better then to distract him.

So deep was his trance like state that he did not, could not, see the arcona, the last suspect being loaded onto a speeder, or notice the gun shot in the cantina. His notes were very important to him, back at home he had a collection of cards, all in order, that cataloged his life since he started this eccentric behavior, it contained schematics of craft he had repaired, computer designs, a few security device designed, although these were probably common knowledge to most.

Everything he had ever done or seen or heard was recorded, it took about half an hour to do but not at one time if need be, whats more he could find anything thing he had done of the schematics for anything he had every worked on in is cards, it would take him a wile to find it, but he could.
