Subject: What's wrong with that?

"What's wrong with picking a road? That's how I arrived here. My family home was in Ashen Moor but as I said on the carriage I left to escape my painful history there.
she continues but her last sentence seems to say more then it actually dose, it seems to say 'Topic closed, I don't want to continue talking about this.'

Finishing her breakfast she says that she wishes to go to the jewellers and to the Red Dog Smithy to tell her employer where she was so she can resign. But than offers to take Ariellyn to any shop she wants to go to.

"I slept very well thank you. What is it that you need to purchase?"
Selaro asks
"But if you don't mind I would like to visit the jewelers, I'm interested in how much this cost Aldern,"
Selaro explains
"not to sell them,"
she adds hastily
"I just want to know how much it's worth."

A bit later on, during breakfast Selaro asks
"So what brought you to Sandpoint? Did you pick to come here or did you just pick a road and follow it?"

Subject: Again

As Selaro woke up in the morning after a good nights sleep she distinctly remembered those words she thought she had been in a dream 'When you need it, it will serve you.' more distinctly then ever, this was very unlike her to dwell on things and perhaps marked a change in her life that was forthcoming.

Is it turned out she was right, as she was leaving she noticed a small, sealed note. After reading it, she gathered her things, paided the innkeeper and hurried towards The Rust Dragon and towards breakfast and to find Ariellyn.

When Ariellyn arrives down stairs Selaro addresses her
"Good morning Ariellyn, how was your night?"
offering her a seat at the table if she wants it
"Did you get a note under your door as well and do you think we should travel to the Town Hall as companions for the adventure or as mercenaries looking for a quick coin?"
Selaro jokes, she seems in a much better mood then yesterday, or even the day before when they first met.

If
If Ariellyn accepts to go to the town hall Selaro insists on going later as there is some business she would like to attend to.
If Ariellyn declines to go to the town hall Selaro finishes her breakfast and dismisses herself in a friendly manner saying there is some business she must attend to.

OOC: Might peruse the shops later when I have a response.

As you inspect the quarter mirror stand like thing you hardly notice Lar'd speak but speak he dose.
"I don't like this place and I am willing to trust you"
directed at the newcomer, Aurea Goldwind
"at the moment but fate brought us together and fate is an untrustworthy item."

OOC: Still on guard, meaning readied attack against anything that attacks him or any of the group, and taking
10's on Spot and Listen checks.

Subject: In the Inn

As Selaro jumped off the carriage she turned around to see Ariellyn talking with Aldern but decided that it was none of her business and proceeded into the inn and sat at a corner table listening to Welbry play.

It was no surprise when Ariellyn sat down next to her and told her what she had talked to Aldern about, she had seen her reaction on the carriage and decided it would be prudent to thank her and leave the matter.
"Thank you Ariellyn but I think it best that we leave this behind us. Groups only stick together so long as it's profitable to them. You should know this from your old group and yes, I would gladly travel with you, I do not use the word adventure as adventure usually finds me."
and proceeds to discus the events of the day, at length, with Ariellyn if she wishes to before bidding her good night and going to her room in The White Deer inn.

"Thank you Aldern,"
Selaro says putting it on
"and as I said it's beautiful and I wont sell it, rather keep it as a token of a friendship."

OOC: Forgive any inconsistencies.

Turning to Ariellyn
"I know it wasn't your fault about the boar, and I'm sorry if it came across like I thought it was. Why didn't you have any of the boar, it has now gone to waist, I'm against unnecessary killing but if it happens it is best to not waist the carcass is it can be put to some purpose."

Subject: A Grand Feast

Although Selaro did not relish the idea of a hunt for sport she happily eats the with the rest of the group as not to waist the meat, but also because she had not had boar before and was eager to taste it, she was not disappointed with it's succulent taste or it's aroma as it was spit-roasted over the fire.

After the meal she climbed back into the caravan to make towards Sandpoint and was surprised as Aldern greeted her as m'dear' and gave her a small package. She was quite flustered by this gesture as she hadn't been given anything by a man, apart from her farther or by the population of Sandpoint - but that she had deserved, and it must of been obvious that she was flustered even though, as per norm, she tried to hide that fact.
"Thank you Aldern."
she says graciously to him unwrapping the parcel.

As the hunting party returned from there hunt carring a boar Selaro was pleased for them that they had been sucessful as she was sure that they would only kill the marked boar. However, as they got closer she noticed that there was no mark on this boar and she quickly turned to anger and she was enraged more by the fact that all the other parties had no marked boar and resolved not to speak to them except Ariellyn, who must of at least tried to spair it's life, and she greated her solumly as so many innocent animals had been killed.

As the wolves entered the cave Lar'd back against the wall wishing that none of them spotted him or the rest of the group. As they rushed past he started to notice that these wolves were not the usal type, normaly wolves don't act like this he thought, they must be under the controll of something else.

Never the less he prepaired an attack if any should attack him.
