Need to set up class for Rivenslayer and Accalia, get them up to speed. I guess they are both of the same Gen and require the skill guidance of a watchful Inn Mate such as thou oh Gracious Pit F(r)iend. They grow up so quickly.

Well just substitute the pepper of your choice. Some have good flavor and some have good heat. The basic sauce prep could stay the same. I'd rather have taste over heat.

Topic: So who was your first? Subject: Never got to play him...
Oh all you kids. I started my first character around 1984. I had started a new job in Heath Ohio and one of the young engineers played and invited me to join his group. I start a character sheet but never finished. My wife thought I was too old to be doing that(I was all of 33), lol. Anyway he was First Edtion and I wanted a Bard, but you had to play through levels of Theif before you could start the Bard.
I didn't start again until 2001 when one of my assistant Scoutmasters got me interested in the game he DM'd for his son. On a trip to the Buffalo Naval Museum he and I sat up fire watch abourd ship all night and built my Gnome Cleric/Theif that I've played ever since. He is Rocca De Boliva. He was also the cook for the party and became the Aide de Camp to the main party character. We only played about twice a year at our Father/Son weekend and our annual planning weekend. He's 7th levl now and on hiatis while our main player is the Marines.

Topic: chili sauce - a cooking inquiry Subject: Here's one from Bobby Flay...
Here's one that looks tasty that I found on Bobby Flay's site:
Chile Sauce:
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup fish sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 fresh Thai red chile, finely diced
2 teaspoons sugar
1 shallot, finely diced
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and let sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour before serving.
It was served with grilled pork.

Topic: chili sauce - a cooking inquiry Subject: Yummmmmmmm...........
Well as it is you ask about Chili Sauce that stems thought of a milder topping or dip. I feel it gets it's name from the use of Chili powder used in the blend. The most well known here is the "Coney Sauce" used over Hot Dogs.
Now "Chili" is a whole different item being a thick soup meant to be eaten as a stand alone item. This is where the many recipes really conflict. Beans, No Beans, meat No meat and the whole range of peppers.
The best thing to do is make it how it pleases you and those you wish to serve. Hot and Spicy or mild, just make it you own.
