Subject: Extremely Jet Lagged
I basically woke up in the Philippines at 5pm last Sunday Central Time and was awake until 2:30pm last Monday when the plane left for a 4 hour flight to Korea.
Arrived in Korea long enough from plane delay in Philippines to find our way to the terminal and get in line for a 12 hour flight to Detroit.
Spent over 11 hours in Detroit last Tuesday before a 2.5 hour flight got us to Tulsa after 10pm last Tuesday night and I did not get much sleep and I think Wednesday night I slept 3 hours!
Been on the Go every day I have been back and too weary and jet lagged to do any Posting!
Elious is a friend of mine who lives in Oklahoma (but not near me) so I will try to contact him and see how he is doing and what is going on ???
Thought I would be able to Post either Sunday or Monday Night, but was not able to do so!
I just got home a little while ago from running errands!
Will do some Posting when I am able to do so!

I am preparing to leave on a Mission Trip to the Philippines, so while I am away the Internet Connection may be 'Iffy' at best, so my usual lengthy Posts will probably have to wait until sometime in September, after I return!
However, as for my Characters in 'Flesh & Blood', 'Horizon' and 'Prometheans: Genesis' and how they fare will primarily rest in the hands of Brom and Eol for the foreseeable future; although I will try to check in at the Inn and see how the Adventures are Progressing and send any info to both Brom and Eol regarding the direction that I would envision my Characters to 'Speak and Do' as it were!

Myriem Foster quietly made her way down the corridor, making sure she was not followed, while staying in the shadows beneath the poorly aimed cameras and their line of visual perception.
Gunny had done his job well, disabling and scrambling the video feeds, allowing the shapely 5'4" brunette to enter the quarantine room without any trace of her entrance.
Preston Smith was bound and sedated, but his powers were barely contained by the restraints.
Myriem cautiously approached the prisoner, searching for any signs of recognition in his eyes as she approached him with her casual sway, purring the 'Code Names' in an effort to get a response.
"Orator ... this is Scarlet ... Winston is standing by!"
No Response.
"Preacher ... this is Psalmist ... Deacon is standing by!"
No Response.
"Brawler ... this is Doll ... Irish is standing by!"
Still No Response.
"Flynn ... this is Olivia ... Red is standing by!"
No Response.
"Thespian ... this is Juliette ... Hamlet is standing by!"
Still No Response.
"Earp ... this is Annie ... Doc is standing by!"
There seemed to be a momentary flicker of recognition, but No Response.
"Rocker ... this is Groupie ... Roadie is standing by!"
"Groupie?"
"Yes Rocker!"
Myriem could hardly contain her excitement, but she was a professional.
"Groupie ... I Need You ... To Find Dweeb!"
"Roadie is working on that Rocker!"
"I Need Dweeb!"
Myriem reassured the immobilized Preston Smith that Gunny was searching for Dweeb, before pressing her former lover for answers as to who had triggered the bomb blast at the tent revival that had killed his wife and fractured his personae into the Code Names the Agency had assigned him years ago.
"Did you see who did this to you Rocker?"
"Yes Groupie! I Saw Her Standing There!"
"Who Rocker?"
Preston Smith drew in a deep breath in thoughtful remembrance, before answering:

Location: Present Day [21:58:06 GMT—Less than a kilometer south of the Paraguay-Brazil border]

"Remain still, keep your hands where we can see them, Mr. Smith," a British-accented voice cautioned him, then, "and get to your knees. We're going to manage your electrical problem for you and, then, you're coming with us. Your compliance will make the entire process much simpler."
Even as the power surge began to send crackles of light through his vision, Preston squinted in the direction of the voice, seeking the source of these new commands. He tried in vain to shake those arcing motes away when his gaze settled on a sleek but imposing onyx figure hovering in the air above him.
"My Name Is Called Disturbance!"
Preston Smith surveyed the armed and armored Spanish troops who were arrayed in a ring around the edge of the tiny divot that he had made by his sudden landing mere moments ago.
Then his focus settled upon the imposing onyx figure that was hovering in the air above him.
Preston allowed the electrical charge to build within him, without offering as much resistance to its building power, as he ordinarily would do.
He needed to complete his rendezvous with Dweeb as soon as possible!
The words of a familiar song resonated inside his helmet that looked a bit like a heavy welder's mask.

Preston was overtaken by his Rocker personae, as the power surge within him continued to build, while he assessed the threat of the flying figure, as well as the Spanish troops arrayed against him.
Disturbance suddenly launched an offensive as he sang out the following:

As Preston, aka Rocker, unleashed his power against his assembled opponents; vowing within himself to not be taken prisoner again by the Agency against his will, he could be heard bellowing:
"My Name Is Called Disturbance!"
(OOC: Preston Smith is flashing back to when he was held against his will by the Agency, before being freed by the combined efforts of Myriem, Gunny and Dweeb. He is refusing to be taken against his will by any Agency ever again! It Is All Out War!)

I will be out of State in the morning and back home Saturday evening, but I have a lot of things to do before I leave for a mission trip to the Philippines!

My two cents is that we have Blossom chart us a different course to escape the sewers!
Might not be the best plan, but I am open to other suggestions, in addition to the obvious one of back tracking the way we entered the sewers!
Meanwhile, the next several days I will be preparing to go on a mission trip to the Philippines!
Hopefully, there will be enough time in my busy schedule to Post again, before I leave!

Shark Tooth spent the next few minutes exchanging histories with Daxon, while the Master Gunner did his best to patch up the damage to Blackheart's wounded leg, by tying a rum-soaked cloth around the knife wound in his thigh, after pulling the knife out of his thigh and returning it to its owner.
He also told Blackheart about the Sun Dog's captain and crew, having made up his mind that Daxon was exactly the type of man who would not only fit right into the vacancy on his gun crew, but also would be a welcome addition as a fighter for the Sun Dog and Captain Cole!
Shark Tooth also spends some time explaining his nickname, as he helped Blackheart to stand upright, in spite of all the aches and pains coursing through his own body from the merciless beating!
"Time Ta Get Yer Ta Der Dog," grunted Shark Tooth, "Ta Git Mr Hughes Ta Fix Yer Laig Proper!"
(OOC: Roll Checks for Shark Tooth to find any crew members of the Sun Dog or anyone else who can assist him to get the wounded Blackheart back to the Long Boat and on board the Sun Dog for the ship's surgeon to attend to his wounded newly found friend.)

Vegas was staring at the four grenades that Fixer had pulled from Casino's bag and the words out of his own mouth in response to Echo's question did not surprise the Dapper Solo one bit.
He motioned to Fixer to put the grenades back into Casino's bag.
"I will lay down some cover fire," explained the Chairman of the Board, "while the rest of you make a run for it where Ghlahn is waiting for us!"
Checking his guns to make sure they were fully loaded, the Frank Sinatra look-alike made his way to the door, easing his way past Echo, before smiling at the Asian beauty who had captured his heart during the course of this bizarre caper.
"Save Me Your Best Kiss Blossom!"
Then without further ado, Vegas pushed through the door and began running at an angle that would draw any fire from the Sec Team away from the rest of the group, before opening fire on the unfortunate members of the security team, who were just trying to do their job!
(OOC: Vegas is gambling that his 'Combat Sense' will enable him to Dodge and React Fast to Any Danger that the Sec Team may pose, while he endeavors to eliminate their threat while the rest of the group makes a run to where Ghlahn is waiting!)
