Welcome aboard, Ivan!
So sorry to hear about your previous experiences with other forums! Here's hoping that you don't run into that same kind of thing, here. In fact, I'll go so far as to say that you won't have that kind of experience on these boards... we kind of pride ourselves on that kind of thing, here at the RDINN, actually. I mean, sure, our Innmates have issues with one another from time to time and, occassionally, feelings might get stepped on a little, but, for the most part, it doesn't devolve into out and out unpleasantness that seem to be "the norm" on other sites... and, if it does, those users usually end up banned pretty darn quickly.
I'm sure you'll find that most of us hereabouts are friendly and more than willing to help you find your way around here. All ya gotta do is give a shout, either via PM or right here in the forums. Somebody'll come runnin' before too long.

...I had one like that in the works but when the killer bunnies and dancing leeches paired off and started up that ballroom competition, I had to give up. I just lost all focus when the leeches started doing "the Carlton."

If Jarenion can be roused from unconsciousness, would chill touch or burning hands be "focusable" enough to be if use in removing the leeches? That is, could either spell be used to destroy/remove the leeches without causing further damage to the party members?

... something along the lines of wind wall or gust of wind, at one point, but, in addition to the reasons given by Alacrity (casting time, etc), I ruled them out as options because of the possibility that either spell had the potential to blast Arien (and perhaps to a lesser degree Lun) into a wall or ceiling causing unwanted damage to our noble meatshield.
Considered a few other options as well but all seemed to me as if they might end messily, too, soooooo.... *shrug*

True... but we've seen that these things are capable of stretching quite a bit and, I get the sinking feeling that, if we tried to run, we'd be snatched up and subjected to all manner of unspeakable tentacle horrors.
I've seen some of that anime schoolgirl vs tentacle nastiness and lemme tell ya, you DO NOT wanna be subjected to that!!!
