Subject: Situation Normal all F***ed up!!
The Mean Streets – Upper East Side – Night City – March, Friday 13th, 2020, 12:53am
Croaker moved fast, hoping that the black man would help the rest of the companions, his only thought was too reach Preacher and Coyote, unfortunately for one of them he was too late.
Preacher chose that moment to stand and turn towards Croaker, running by him at full speed.
"Git, son! Are ya daft? They'll be comin' outta that building like a mob of angry steers all stampedin' and such!"
Without a word in reply the Nomad turned and quickly followed the Solo, only to see as he returned to the fire escape that Spiff, Guardian and Jaimy were trapped 2 stories up, auto weapons fire coming from the 2nd story window. Scribe and Firewind seemingly having made it out of the fire fight as Croaker did not see either body.
Spotting the van through the chainlink fence Croaker shouted quick instructions to Preacher, “Preacher head for the van, it should be in that big parking lot behind us, cover us from there as we run for it”
Croaker knew what he planned was risky, very risky, but in the end he really did not have a choice. He knew there was no way Jaimy, Spiff and Guardian were getting off those stairs with a shit load of lead coming their way. The chances of them making it very slim.
Raising the SMG to his eye, steady in his hands and Smart link active he fired the loaded gren through the 2nd story window in front of the fire escape.
“Grenade on the way, cover yourselves”
he shouted as he fired it, he only hoped the three of them would understand.....

Just to let you know the Concussion Gren that Croaker talked about was loaded into the Gren Launcher on the SMG, not held in his hand.
So as of right now he has a fully loaded clip and a gren in the launcher on the SMG.

Subject: Tal’Anor Meridyann
First off his hair is silverish blonde with hints of green in it. His eyes are greenish blue he looks like my avatar only his hair is whiter and he has elf ears.
He is cousin's with our Bladesinger though up until this mission they had not seen each other for many years and are now just getting to know one another again.
Below is his background as listed on his character sheet.
BACKGROUND
Born as the privileged 1st son of an Elvin Lord in service to the High King of all Elves in the Sylvari land of Maelamin he was brought up meek and never wanting for anything in the City of Vanima Romen. For as a son of noble birth he was much pampered and well cared for. He was as a child washed by females of the court of his father even into his so called teen years and learned at an early age the art of love and the passion of sex. Many were the women who graced the young nobles bed even into adult hood yet none was a perfect match. Something was wrong, something inside him cried out and so at the age of 105 his status as nobility not withstanding he partitioned and was granted the necessary teachings to become a Paladin of the Sylvari High Court.
Tal trained hard having found in him a desire to be counted on his own merits not that of his parentage. No longer did he want to be pampered by others for if he were one day to become lord of his house and advisor to the King he wanted to earn their respect and loyalty on his own. At last after years of hard training he was ready to be crowned as such. For days his sleep was wracked with unease and pain of mind then the days became weeks and many of his peers and close family feared for his sanity. Then one night it changed as he was sleeping a calm fell upon him and so began what at first he thought was a dream. The Goddess Oriana came forth from the heavens and without a word between them climbed into his bed. Never before had he known such pleasure, such passion, and such love. Upon waking he felt refreshed as he had not in days knowing to whom he would now take as his Holy Deity. It was as he moved to the bath area his chest bare that many were the shocked looks he received, with a mirror brought forth he was stunned to see upon his left breast the symbol of Oriana, a heart made of pearl inset with a teardrop ruby clearly placed there by her own hand. He knew then that the dream was no dream and the Goddess Arna’arvandor had chosen him as her champion. No longer alone his Heart, Mind, Body and most importantly his soul as one.
He set forth then to prove to him and all others that he would be worthy one day to step into the role of his father as head of his noble house. Aided and protected such as any mortal Syl could be by the love of a Goddess he went out into the world of the Human’s to seek his destiny.

Subject: Possibly last post till after the 27th
Malius found himself in a state of disbelief, his skin a darker color then it had ever looked before. Though the flames were no longer burning he was in a state of pain he had never experienced before. Yes he was no stranger to pain or wounds taken in battle yet the Ranger had never been wounded this way. Without realizing it he had approached Alyssia all the while looking at his hands in astonishment nearly running her down. He looked up at her then finally seeing her there and then looked around as if trying to seek shelter but did not speak.
Malius was once again surprised as Alyssia stepped up to him and placed her hands on his forearms, moments later he was revived and healthy once more.
Almost in disbelief once again at her having healed him after the words spoken between them while yet in the hold of the Dwarves he gazed at her for a moment trying to read the why of it in her eyes.
“Thank you my Lady, I am in your debt.”
It was here that both he and Alyssia saw that Draven had returned and proceeded to walk through the camp, coming from the bushes but not stopping to even glance at them. He walked passed the fire and into the field, towards a lone tree. There he sank down, his eyes lost to the stars above. Clearly the man was in need of aid and Loda quickly moved to his side. With the battle over and his wounds healed the Ranger gathered himself into his bedroll to sleep.
(OOC: Ok Al he is all yours pretty much till after the 27th, so don’t kill him )

I have played him before should be no sweat (unless in the arms of a beautiful women ) But I do have a minor problem next week.
A co-worker is going on vacation starting the 18th and will not return till the 27th so I will be working those 9 days straight through with no days off. As such I will more then likely be unable to post during that time frame as I will be working his 6pm to 1am shift.
Please bare with me, but my time on the Inn next week is iffie.
Olan I will get you the updated Paladin by no later then this weekend as after that would be a pain.

Subject: Whoo Hoo the Knight's back!!
Maximus was quite the happy fighter for two reasons,
1st his aim true and his vorpal sword sharp, he slammed the last enemy green to the ground cutting the man’s torso in two.
2nd Arien once again seemed whole and had rejoined them in this fight, his sword of fire causing one of the last two green skinned men considerable damage.
A quick scan of the hallway showed that both Char and Valentine were on the floor, Dapple was gone and Kilgim’s axe was having no effect vs. the 2nd of the 2 still standing men.
Moving quickly, with the scent of tree sap in the air and mindful of Kilgim, the huge Gladiator put himself between the creature and his two fallen comrades, his sword flashing to the attack. Mayhap his vorpal weapon would have better luck hurting the thing before them, if not it would be up to the knight to win them through....

It was crazy in a way; here he was at the foot of a dropped fire escape. The love of his life, with Spiff, Firewind and Mery Deth surely in tow on their way down. His friend/ex-friend Frankie having shown that maybe Croaker had misread the whole situation between the two of them by his clear desire to help. Coyote and Preacher having for whatever reason decided not to follow him this way and a large black man with a gun pointed at his head.
"Ok Croaker, your chica is on her way down here and unless you wish to have an extra ventilation hole in your head, I suggest you let her know we're the good guys. And do it soon, my finger's getting tired."
Croaker really had no fear of the bodyguard knowing his many layers of armor, both sub dermal and clothing would protect him from any major harm, plus with his enhanced Reflexes it was a good bet that he could bring up the SMG fast enough to kill the black man, but right now that was not the objective.
As he started to reply shooting from the front of the alley where Coyote and Preacher had moved to interrupted the attempt.
“Looks like the shit has hit the fan, Choomba. What’ll it be?”
A spilt second of thought told him that Bullseye and the van would not make the alley, thank god for the long forced recon as he spoke.
“Guardian help Peacekeeper cover the fire escape for pursuing Wild Things, give her this”
Pulling the second police SMG off his shoulder he threw it lightly to Guardian.
“Scribe, help Spiff and Firewind get the girl to the parking lot to the South, call Bullseye at this number, tell him to meet you there. I’m headed to back up Preacher and Coyote and hold off the Wild Things till you get loaded. Once loaded call me at this number and Guardian at his.”
Without another word Croaker moved down the alley, the SMG in hand and a Concussion gren loaded. The time for being subtle clearly over, the time to move fast and play dirty at hand.....

He awaited the lady Brianna's answer even as she padded him with branches before moving out. Even if the sound of his armor was quieted he was still not the sneaking type.
Hack and slash not a problem, sneaking around looking mayhap like an armored porcupine whole nother story there.
It would be up to the beautiful lass before him but he still thought it a possible bad idea.....

Subject: A Hellhound attacks!!
The flames burned hot and bright and it was all the Elvin Ranger could do to quickly put them out.
Where in the Nine Hells had a Hellhound come from and what was it relationship to the old yet not old man.
For the moment the questions unanswered Malius once again raised his bow to the attack only to find that the creature was quite dead killed by the mage of the party, once again with her use of overkill.
The flames on his body out but the pain yet there he turned away and looked to his bow hoping the Hellhound's fire had not damaged it too badly.....
(OOC: ok not sure if I have or had any healing Potions as I do not see any on my sheet so let me know)
