Roger there are times when your lack of humor turns things totally inside out  .
In my comment about you taking the fun out of your games I was being facetious as if I did not like your games, I would not play in your games. However I apologize once more for giving you, once again, the wrong idea with my sense of humor.
Also Lance my need for weapons of "Reach out and touch" had nothing to do with your post, so please don't consider this your fault, but my personal need and love of firepower and my wanting to be ready for anything.
Never did I intend to level the town, though it might have been fun in a weird Tann way .

Just because we want the firepower, doesn't mean we will use it, that all depends on what you throw at us. However its still nice to have it if needed.

Subject: DUH!! his character sheet LOL
Ok my bad should have thought of that first.
Now according to one of Odyson’s above posts he has stated that all he has is his Spas30 and back holster, which is his Colt .22 ST Pistol I would think, along with his normal kit of pistols, which I assume are his 2 Python 6 LG Combat Revolvers or the PK12’s as such that leaves the following behind.
2 x PK12 Peacekeeper Pistols or the 2 Python 6 LG Combat Revolvers
1 x Grizzley GRZ 1 Assault Rifle
1 x Classic 22 Long Single Shot Rifle
1 x Justice Arms JC39 Assault Rifle & Shotgun
2 x Heckler Uzis
Of those weapons Wolf will take the Grizzly with all 4 mags. I will suggest to YeOlde/Andrew that he take the Justice Arms AR/SG weapon with 3 mags of AR ammo and 3 mags SG ammo to help boost his firepower. We will also take the above asked for Asher supply list and load it all up securely in the Mule.
Now Alacrity you ask why the need for an AR well that’s easy. Seeing as Wolf knows Winnie is good with long range rifles he wants a long range rifle that if she tries to reach out and touch him he can touch her right back. His MP’s and SG are nice but they are a close quarter type weapons and not good at range. As Wolf has a d6 in guns he should be able to use the AR even if he is not specifically trained in them.

I was hoping for more of an assault rifle type weapon. As for the Uzi's they could go to Andrew as I have my Baretta's and they are pretty close to uzi's by themselves in rate of fire. Or if no such weapon is available we could spilt the two uzi's between us if nothing else.

Let me be the first of the Inn’s Staff member’s to welcome you to our site. As you hopefully have already seen there’s a lot to do here for sure so take your time and get comfortable with our site. There are a wide variety of AD&D rules sets in use here, even at one time a game run on the very first rules edition.. Basic .. Along with a number of varying game systems from Fantasy to the Sci-fi to the occult to plain horror there is always something for someone including even Free Form games here at the Inn.
The Inn has been around quite some time and for a great majority of us is a second home so please treat the Inn, its Staff and all it’s members with respect and we will treat you the same.
So again welcome its always nice to have new people come to us and I hope you’ll feel quite at home here.
And though this is the greeting I post to all newcomers do not feel that I am not glad to see a new person come to our home, far from it. Its just easier and quicker this way as we do get a lot of newcomers at times. So then If you have any questions about the site feel free to PM myself or any other Staff member as needed.

Ok what equipment are we getting from Asher’s cabin is there enough to both outfit him and to also better outfit Andrew and myself. All I have is 2 Machine pistols and a sawed off pistol grip shotgun and from Andrew‘s sheet all he has are 3 pistol‘s and only 1 is an auto I think ..the PK12??.. Also is the ballistic mesh shirt listed on my character sheet considered armor?? And if so does Asher have any extra suits of better mesh?

Once again Wolf waited for Wyatt’s reply desperately looking to Sam and Andrew for help in convincing the Captain to devise a better plan. In the end they did not have too as Wyatt himself agreed with the plan as he looked to the big mechanic and gave a nod.
"What you and Andrew is saying is true enough most like. I'm betting they're ready to dry gulch us at the first opportunity. Everyone knows we got two shuttles on a firefly, and one o' ours is already planetside. So, we drop into port with no shuttles and that might raise some suspicion. However, ain't nobody gonna notice the mule missing from our cargo bay. So, Sam'll set you two down in the mule some couple o' miles outside town on the end closest to the Doc's place. We'll like be on sensors from the time we enter so Sam...we won't have time to stop so you two get the Kid and do some scoutin' about town incognito-like. Keep ears on, and trigger fingers itchin'...oh, and take the Kid some of his bigger toys, would you? This is like to get bouncy as not, so I think it's best we prepare ourselves for all kinds of luck.”
“That’s alright Cap’n” Wolf said wearing a big grin as he looked from Wyatt to Andrew to Sam and back again.
“I think between Andrew and myself we can do a hot drop no problem”
With a look once more to Andrew the ship’s mechanic turned to head for Asher’s cabin room to grab some of the gunfighter’s heavier gear when a thought passed through his mind and it was if a bright light had hit him hard. Turning back to Andrew, Sam and Wyatt he spoke once more to them.
“Ya know Cap’n not to seem too smart alacky but don’t this whole thing seem just a little too neat. I mean Grant’s brother’s are perfect ‘deputies’ to the town’s new sheriff and whose idea was it in the first place to go and get this fella Luke, Bridget’s husband JW right. What’s to say she did not put the idea in his head in the first place seeing as with Sam” A quick look to the ship’s pilot in apology. “We all know how convincing she can be. I just can’t shake the feeling that this whole thing was planned from the very start and you, the Rocinante, and we as crew got pulled into it by accident”

Nodding his head and turning to Andrew he motioned for the two of them to get ready for the hot drop.

As Wolf along with Andrew and Sam awaited Wyatt’s reply to their idea of sneaking the two of them into town quiet like, the radio crackled with Asher’s voice.
“Captain, Luke’s started trouble with the Tong, he’s got himself some goons for deputies and they’re just killing Tong and burn’n their places. Tell Miss Willow the temple been burned down. Miss Bridget seems to be fixing up with the Sheriff and they’re both missing right now. There was some trouble last night. Luke shot some Tong outside the Saloon.
Mr. Blake, JW and some others came out to see what was going on and then there was an ambush in the street. John Blake is dead , JW is wounded and Bailey’s missing. The whole town is hide’n, nowhere seems safe. Oh and Captain……. We both owe Doc McGuire big. I’m keep’n your bed warm…. Doc pulled three slugs out my back from last night. Captain Wyatt……..tell Ma I’m sorry I left” …… tell her I love her.”
Fenris remained quiet lost in thought until Wyatt had finished talking to Asher then spoke up.
“Cap’n with all due respect I think us just going in full bore is a mistake. If these ‘deputies’ are who I think they are they are gonna be waiting just for us seeing as how we killed their brother Grant, he was the driver Asher took out, during that bank heist we stopped when we were last here.
They’d be his older brothers Douglas, Angelo and Darryl and possibly their sister Winnie. We could very well be walking into an ambush. Please Cap’n let Andrew and I take the shuttle and go in first, make contact with the surviving Tong, and get their help against Bridget. I got a bad feeling if we go in without a better plan some of us won’t be coming back to the Rocinante.”
Once again Wolf waited for Wyatt’s reply desperately looking to Sam and Andrew for help in convincing the Captain to devise a better plan.

Subject: My long Delayed Post
As Romo moved quickly to stop the flow of blood he did not see Clements finish off the guard and jump out of the car on his way to engage the rest. His main concern was stopping the blood flow from the wound in his side till the medic Cpl Reid could help him out.
In what seemed like hours, but in truth was only minutes, the pain in his side hard to ignore, Romo looked up to find the Cpl by his side in the car.
“Sit still while I get a look at this” A quick inspection the Doc once again commented to Romo as he continued to work.
“Sure thing Doc no argument from me" Romo replied fighting the pain.
“Well that could be good, looks like the bullet when through, won’t have to go in after it.”
Unbuttoning Romo’s shirt, Reid exposed an angry looking hole just below the Sgt’s ribs and about two inches in from his side. Romo could feel even through the pain as the medic carefully ran his hand around the side
“Good, the hole looks clean and you only have a slow leak.”
“Whatever you say Cpl, you’re the expert here, just get me bandaged and mobile so we can get to better ground.”
Pulling his canteen from his belt,Reid opened the top and gave it to Romo,
“Here take a little water.” Though not really thirsty Romo took a drink to make the Cpl happy, handing the canteen back at the same time it was asked for.
“Ok, let me have that water.” taking the water he handed Sarge the Medical Tags. Romo not quite knowing what Reid had in mind looked at the tags and then back a Doc with a puzzled looked on his face.
“Ahh med tags, Reid what ya think I’m done gonna die on ya?”
“Oh those if you don’t think I know what I’m doing just go ahead and fill out your toe tag now.”
“Look Cpl” Romo’s voice taking on the hard note of command “If I thought you did not know what you were doing, do you really think you’d be working on me now?”
Without waiting for a reply the Sgt handed the toe tags back to Reid, laid his head back and closed his eyes......

Subject: A possible sneak attack perhaps
Fenris could not sit still, his whole body full of anticipated energy, to finally be getting the chance to take down that Ching-wah TSAO dahn Bridgette. Not knowing what to do to calm down he did what he always did and tinkered with stuff, in this case the Rocinante’s engines. It was here that Wyatt’s call over the ship’s intercom reached him.
"Folks, something bigger than I'd initially expected is going down on this ball of dirt, and its led me to rethink my original position. Instead of going in all sneaky like and hoping to get the drop on a viper in her den, I conjure it's best to go with a show of strength.
Ma'll be the only one staying aboard once we set down. The rest of you strap fer bear as they used to say on Earth That Was. We'll touch down in a couple of hours and that's where we'll be findin' what's keeping the young pup from answering his mother wolf's howls."
Young pup?, Mother Wolf?, was the Captain talking about Fenris. Stopping what he was doing he thought about it for a few moments and realized Wyatt must mean Asher. Then he realized that with the original plan to sneak him and Andrew into the mines now a mute point maybe there was something else the Captain could consider.
Making his way up from the engine area he searched for and easily found him getting ready.
“Cap’n I was just thinking, Miss Willow told the hag Bridgette that I got hurt during the bomb removal, could we somehow use that to our advantage?. Like say we wrap up my hand put it into a slung and in the sling we place a heavy one handed weapon like a compact gren launcher or something?? Or I stay behind till you guys are out of sight then I follow behind you sneaky like and be a surprise guest to the party so to speak?”
He waited for Wyatt’s reply.......

Topic: Sucker Punch the Movie
Subject: Finally saw it
And I loved it!! Overall the movie was a blast and the Dragon was the best one I have seen on screen to date and it seemed so life like. Also as a fan of Battletech I have to say the Mech that Amber piloted in the WW1 scene was awesome .
However there was 1 part in the movie that did disappoint me and that unfortunatly was its ending.Not to give anything away but with all of the action and under current throughout the movie, I feel it ended poorly.
I can see the reason for the way it ended but still it could have been much better and much deeper in meaning.
Other then that it was a great flick and I say to everyone, if your in the mood for a mindless fun filled romp of fantasy, Sci-Fi and action go see it. As for me I for sure will be buying it on DVD when it is released....

Subject: Ok that prompts me.
Even though I knew it was a joke it still made me think "Why not".
Why not do a game based on the movie with each player taking on the character of one of the girls and you as DM playing the wise man. We could use your modified rules AL and go from there and replay the movie and take it much further. If you decide its a good idea I of course as already stated am in.

I'll get you a character based on Baby Doll by Sunday. She will have a +5 Vorpal Katana of Returning and a .45 caliber Auto pistol with a never emptying clip.
Also on the butt of the .45, as represented in the movie, will be a number of magical totoms that do different things once I think them up.
Can't wait to start should be much more fun then those other boring games you run ahh that wierd childish space one and your lame horror one..........

Subject: Sucker Punch the Movie
Ok thought I’d create a topic for a movie I’m going to be seeing on Tuesday which as the thread title states is called SUCKER PUNCH.
Now I have heard a lot of both good and bad comments from critics to your normal Joe Blo on the street on this flick but as a Sci-Fi/Fantasy/Action movie lover to me it looks “OutFingstanding” at least from the numerous trailers I have seen.
I mean come on this movie has it all Zombie Nazis, A fire breathing Red Dragon, A giant pink Rabbit faced Mech, Hot chicks with guns and Action up the ying yang .
So what I want from you my fellow Innmates is your opinion of the movie, without spoilers, ONLY if you have already seen it. Thanks for your time and comments..........
