Dropped Roger a PM to answer a few posted questions then my post will be straight up

It all comes down to him. He had the contact and used the body of the APC as cover to get away, so he had to have seen a company logo or something. Sec teams don't cruise around in unmarked APC's. Its what he remembers, even the smallest bit, that could give Blossom a headstart in finding out who has Vegas.

As a player I know we all need to be on the same page and working together if we make it too the "Rescue Vegas" Cyberpunk DLC. So  here's a little of what's in Casino's head.

1st: He is really concerned for Vegas his partner and in reality his best friend. It's causing him to act on his emotions and not on his experance as a runner.

2nd: Starlight adding Charlie as thier "Leader" as he see's it, is her having no faith in this group, and that just pisses him off after he helped save her ass outside the dance club.

3rd: Up until Ghlahn talked about that Casino should get paid to rescue Vegas he had huge respect for the Cyborg and his ability to kill so quickly and easily. He trusted the cyborg as far as he trusted anyone of the group except maybe Echo. But saying Casino should first find someone to pay him for the rescue, that the only way he'd help save Vegas was for pay as he did not take charity, thus turning the mission to recover Vegas trivial has caused Casino to want to ram a .44 up the cyborg's ass and empty its full clip.. Then on top of all that finally admitting he was the one that got the group, all but Charlie, into this mess and not saying a word about it till now, has turned Casino and it looks like Echo against him and labeled him enemy.

4th: And lastly his feelings for Echo. Casino is 34 going on 35. Echo I believe, not totally sure Brom, is 18 and both are die hard killers in thier own respect. Yet the age divide is causing a little confusion and the fact they have not known each other even two weeks is making him wonder what the hell is it about the young lady thats causing him such attraction

This group as it stands Brom told me is very well balanced with muscle, tech, medical, and information gathering. If we can somehow get past this phase we are in without a total 100% meltdown and a few of us dead, we could be a good team for future runs. The question is how? As it stands right now we have no hope of becoming such a team.

“Alright you posers, listen up! It’s clear that everyone is having trust issues, but it’s not about trust... it’s about “US” instead.. So remember that. M'haru Ghlahn is just a machine.. No sense in yelling at an inanimate object in front of the company.”

“You know what Charlie, that’s probably the most truthful thing you have ever said. Your right Cyberboy is just a machine, a broken one. Echo’s right Ghlahn, you holding this from all of us was completely stupid and you may have cost all of us our lives. So if you think ignoring Echo now is going to get you off the hook, you might want to fucking reboot and get a better operating system."

Turning to look at the back of Charlie's head.

"As to finding somewhere to hold up, Charlie, Starlight put you in charge so she must of thought highly enough of you to be able deal with us, so you deal with it."

Nothing against your last post but wtf did you post? To me, at least, it makes no goddamn sense 

“Whoa! Everyone chill,” Bloodbank orders. “There’s the right thing to do here and there’s a wrong thing. First of all, why the hell are you speaking to Rya in Spanish when she said she speaks English?” he looks across the vehicle to Charlie. “You came into this run late presenting us with credentials from Starlight with news that a second team was breathing down our necks… we all just met a couple of nights ago and our wallets aren’t really full of trust credits as it stands.

“Sure, you’ve been helpful, but what’s with all this Spanish? What are you playing at?”

“London bridges falling down, falling down, falling down,” Blossom’s singing voice is really rather pretty but it doesn’t last long. Cheerfully addressing the boy, she declares, “Look at all us big, bad edgerunners, Jase. Professionals to the core, right? Silly bunch of posers. Quite the team, eh?”

"You shouldn't get paid for finding your friend or you wouldn't be much of a friend.  But, he's not my friend and I don't do charity work.  Figure some of the others might agree.  If you want to hire me that's fine or you can make some calls and see who else might finance the search.  Either way there needs to be a plan. "

As Casino started to reply, Charlie perhaps trying to calm everyone down, interjected himself between Ghlahn and him.
Charlie asks Metal Cee

“ You obviously know alot about machines.... I have a vehicle that needs repair can you and will you trade for Giri to repair as part of your next contract?” 

"Let me take a look at it and see what kind of work it will require before I agree.  Might be something I can handle, might not be. "

It was here, at this moment, seeing how totally blind Ghlahn really was to the actual situation, Casino started laughing.

“You really don’t get it do you Ghlahn, it’s not just about Vegas and I, its about everyone is this fucking cramped jeep, except maybe Charlie. Do none of you remember the words of the voice on Vegas’s walkie? How he wanted to take us out in revenge for his seven men that were killed earlier? How if he could not kill ten of us he’d go after friends and family?”

A short pause to catch his breath, then the big solo continued..... 

“And who of us did that killing, who do you think took out those seven men? As a gambling addict I’d go all in on you Ghlahn, and that little firefight you had at that parking garage. After-all Vegas was taken hostage on his way to meet YOU at that SAME parking garage Metal Boy. All Vegas is right now is bait to get us to go try and save him and that right there is a damn good reason for these assholes to keep him alive as the lure. Kill him they have to spend time to hunt us, keep him alive they know at least one of us, me, will try to save him.”

A nasty smile appears on Casino’s face.

“So go ahead and walk away, I could give a fuck less, and live and die on your own. Hopefully those here that decide to come with me after we get the kid handed off are enough to take out these, so nice new friends of yours Ghlahn, and get Vegas back.”

Turning his head back to looking out the window at the street as it passed by, he put all but Echo out of his mind, the brief relaxed feeling once more history.

BUT DAD!!!!! Ghlahn started it first!!!! 

Just wanted to be sure you know that Casino calling Ghlahn asshole is game play and not real life.

Sitting in the airjeep as it roared away from the firefight Casino was in a state of surprise as just how, only minutes ago, things had played out. The fight itself had been brutal and fast, with the big solo gaining a new respect for Echo. This young 18 year old girl sitting nicely in his lap was no wanna be runner, she was dangerous. Casino had to admit possibly more dangerous then he himself with all the new tech on the market today and her own skills. The big solo was lucky that though he was full of “Old Tech” his old tech worked.

However his tech had been a mute point as he did not get a single shot off protecting Rya and the kid. Between Echo, Ghlahn, and to Casino’s surprise, Bloodbank with a shot to the back of an enemy skull, those three had ended all that. Now they were crammed in like a can of sardines heading to hopefully a short term safe house. Though he desperately wanted to get after Vegas as soon as they stopped. If not for the fact he did not trust Charlie as far as he could piss to turn the kid over safely, he’d take those of the current group that wanted to follow him and start hunting Vegas as soon as they stopped. The more time ticked away the more possibility Vegas would end up dead.

DAMN IT! I NEED TO FIND HIM!

Screamed in Casino’s head but the professional runner that he was had run enough missions to know you needed time to safely set up a meet and a hand off. That professinal was still there inside him, though fading fast.

Breathing deeply he tried to relax, though the feel of Echo on his lap making it hard to do in so in other ways. As he inadvertently drew the young but scarily deadly girl closer to him he heard her ask the question everyone crammed in the airjeep, except him, possibly wanted to know.

“So Rya you say Jace is your son, so why are his “parents” paying first us then a second group to get him back?

(Rya’s reply)

“This true kid?”

Before the kid could reply Ghlahn spoke up (I’m assuming this happens before Jace replies)

"I know you all have concerns about the why of the mission we completed and some of you are worried about Vegas.  We signed on to find the kid and deliver him and that is what we should do.  What happens after that is none of my concern.  With Vegas missing, I am sure he has friends who might have some interest in finding him.  And I mean friends other than Casino.  Why not get paid to do what you already plan to do big guy?  We need a solid plan before we run off chasing ghosts.  You have me along in large part to provide over-watch and keep you all safe so right now the best way I can keep you safe is to keep us focused and together."

Like a high caliber bullet hitting him in the chest, Casino went from trying to relax, to stone cold killer. The only thing saving Ghlahn from a huge fist to his face or a bullet was his position within the airjeep and Echo on his lap.

“Excuse me asshole? Did you just say I should try to get paid to go look for and help my best friend and partner”?

 OK I’m going to stop my post here to see how where this is going to go.  

In the backseat. Bloodbanks up front with Blossom on his lap. As far as why that will be in my post 

Mischief, I personally will not get mad at having to wait, however Casino will for sure. Instead of saying Tann will get mad just say Casino as he is the character.

Brom as far as the back seat, where is Ghlahn seated in relation to Casino and Echo?

Is that Casino won't waste that kind of time on getting the kid back to Starlight. If Charlie won't call her, he will, as I assume he too has her number. If for some reason I don't have it and Charlie refuses to call then things could get messy.

You have to understand Espatier at this point in the game Casino does not give a shit of what's right or wrong. All he cares about is turning the boy over and finding Vegas and dealing with the people who have him. He does not even care if Starlight pays him as he might not be alive to spend it. He has tunnel vision on rescueing Vegas and he will be damned if anything is going to get in his way now that they have Jace.

As far as Casino is concerned, and this should surprise no one, its get Jace to Starlight, then start hunting for Vegas. No time to be sitting around eating croissants and drinking tea. Only question did Charlie offer breakfast out loud? I need to know for my next post.

Olan it's all good I've been there over the course of everything so I know the toll it can take from us. I've been to therapy I also take medicine to combat depression, seizures, high blood pressure, and they do help. People will say all this makes us weak and I so no it makes us stronger for having gone through it and be willing to talk about it.

Olan my friend you have always been someone I greatly admire for creating the Inn and giving me a home when I so desperately needed one. In all truth if not for the Inn giving me that needed spark after my brain surgery I very well might not be here today. No matter what I've got your six

Oh and his arm wound is from the fight outside the club, not the one in the hospital. Reason he was in the hospital ER to begin with And yes good job and good post.

So he could change his post to say that he parks at the opening to the alleyway or is the map set with no changes?

Brom so the Wolver is attacking Bloodbank, who out of the 4 characters there, is the only NPC? So my question now is how do we post not knowing how Bloodbank will respond in a player post. Also since I'm behind Echo that means that Jace,Mom and Bloodbank are between me and said wolver correct?

Also in my next post unless Charlie moves the airjeep more forward I will not be moving myself and Jace out of the alley untill he does so. I'd rather stay in the alley with at least walls on both sides then come out into the open, fight my way past a parked car, then with boy, mom and the rest of the party all trying to get in at the same time try not to get killed. 

@Espatier anyway possible you can change your post to actually say you move to the open area in front of the mouth of the alley? If no changes I'll post as I have indicated above tomorrow.

Looking at the picture on Roll20 and I have a few questions.

First why is Credstick so far back from and to the right of the mouth of the alley? It's a straight shot from alley to airjeep if he had. Now we have farther to go and have to manuver around another car. I cannot see Charlie being that unaware of the open area as to park where he is at.

Second  Most all of the people pics seem to be carring weapons but i assume are only representing normal street folk correct? Among the pics which are the other Wolvers? Which pics are of our two "possible hostiles" or any possible hostiles?

Third who is who in our six person group.

Though I have not posted yet here are my asked for actions. I hope this is indepthed enough for you Mr Brom

Primary Offense: 3 round burst into Wolver’s chest/head using my built in ranged combat package.
Secondary Offense: If I see a larger group, 3 or more, of Wolvers headed our way H.E. Grenade into the middle of the group of them.
Primary Defense: Lots of bullets headed down range, move fast using my installed boostmaster
Secondary Defense: Use my armored duster and built in skinweave and sub-dermal armor to protect myself and everyone I can. Use my pain editor to combat the pain from any hits. 
Retreat Mode If your character notices an ally injured and in need: Find a way to again use my cyber implanted + worn armor to protect me as I try to get them to the airjeep. This only goes for the members of the team and Jace. If his mother is hit, I will not go for her.

Also do we really need to post? Based upon my actions above is there anything else I could RP in a post?

Are you going to upload a pic to roll20 of our postions in relation to the bad guys?? I don't want to do what I'm thinking about doing and it turn out to be an instance of friendly fire
