I agree, a pre-writeen adventure would probably go a long way towards helping you out.
rpgarchive.com and dndadventure.com are EXCELLENT resources for this.

Topic: Paranoia: Adventures in Clonesitting Q&A Subject: more coming?
Perhaps there is more coming. Perhaps Friend Computer is concerned that not all team members are present for the briefing.
As for a typo: Friend Computer does not make mistakes. The GM does not make mistakes. Mutant commie traitors may sometimes sabotage messages, however.
I have corrected this sabotage; Slipp does, indeed, have a role.
Someone will be executed for this!

Dweebs hems and haws, then mumbles something about helping. When the group sticks their heads under the table, he wisely does not follow suit... but he does irritatingly remain at your table, and appears to be eavesdropping without trying to look like he is doing so.
Once your heads are under the table, the whisper continues.
Congratulations on your promotions, troubleshooters. It is I, your friend, The Computer. I hope that you are all happy.
You will soon be even happier! I have a fun mission for you. It is perfectly safe, and really easy, especially for a team of seasoned professionals such as yourselves. The only thing is, its a secret. I mean, REALLY a secret. No one is even to know that we are talking right now, got it?
I will now assign each of you your role on the team. These roles were determined using an advanced statistical model taking into account your skills, temperments, and qualifications. These roles are as follows:
Team Leader: Artie-R-FCL.
Loyalty Officer: Ammpe-R-AGE.
Hygiene Officer: Slipp-R-YEE.
Morale Officer: Brighte-R-NNU.
Communications Officer: Blowz-R-UPP.
Equipment Control Officer: Steam-R-LLR.
You will of course perform these duties to the best of your abilities. While on duty, you wi...
The voice trails off in a distracted manner, then starts again.
Clone Artie-R-FCL, where is your communications officer? Why is he not present at this briefing? This is highly inefficient, which leads to chaos, disorder, and general unhappiness!

Topic: D&D 5e Subject: D&D 5e
So, Wizards of the Coast annonced that they are working on the next generation of D&D. I'm assuming that they won't call it 5e, but that's what it will be.
I'll be interested to see if they continue down the path of the pen and paper version of the MMORPG, which is what 4e has always felt like to me.
Of course, I'm a D&D fossil... what do I know?

Not even the first round of posting and I already have an issue. Riaucard has gone dark on me. My messages have been read, but not responded to.
I'm inclined to fry one clone, then grab a replacement player.

Topic: strange question Subject: huh?
I think that Alacrity answered pretty clearly for himself. He asked if the interview had to be live or if it could be done via email.
Takley isn't trying to start a religious debate, which we frown on here at the Inn. He's asking for research help in an assignment for a class. Totally different thing.
I have no problem whatsoever with this topic; it does not violate the TOS in any way.
If it takes a turn where we start to argue religion, my stance will change. I don't see that happening.

I'd like to see Max and Ted live along with Murph... be a nice core of the group.
But if it ends horribly, it ends horribly.
Also: Dangit! I wasn't going to get excited yet. I was going to get Paranoia stable before I started thining about ZiC. Grrrr....

Tiamat,
If the group managed to get you inside, you'll live. If you want the bounty hunter to continue, he can. If not, I can write him out.
Celeste, send me a character concept. Bsckground, etc, why he/she is in Chicago at the outbreak.

Topic: Zombies in Chicago Q&A Subject: like a zombie, this game will return from the dead...
Just a heads up - Zombies in Chicago will, in fact, be returning in the near future.
I plan to close chapter one with a "silver screen" moment - in other words, I'll essentially write a narrative to close out the current situation.
We will then bump the clock forward a bit, and those characters who survived and/or have players who wish to continue, will be introduced in the updated scenario.
I loved this game, and placed it up there with the most fun I have ever run. I really appreciate all of the creativity that went into the original incarnation.
At this point, I know that Eol Fefalas, Grugg, and Tiamat5774 are all wholeheartedly in. I understand that PrincessAli is interested, but would like to pick up with a new character.
Zombie_shakespeare has regrettably declined to continue.
I do not know how Merideth or malek04 feel about it.
This means that I will have at least one, and potentially three to four, openings.
The new game will have a new thread and a new Q&A area... just wanted to make an "official" announcement.
